Description

The CropCare LGX25 25-gallon trailer sprayers are built for spraying lawns, gardens, and turf. This 25-gallon sprayer rolls on 10” tires that is easy to pull behind you’re riding mower or ATV. Each sprayer comes with a hose wand with 15’ of hose. The booms spray tips create a spray pattern up to 90” wide and can be adjusted in height. Pressure can be regulated by adjust the included pressure valve. A shutoff valve is also included to turn the boom on and off. The 12-volt diaphragm pump is easy to connect to your mower or ATV battery using the supplied wiring harness with ON/OFF switch and fuse protection. The LGX25 is built for residential spraying applications and is complete with a One-Year Warranty.

Arrived as expected: in a box. Upon assembly there l was one issue I ran into. For one of the brackets for the axel, the holes did not line up. Possible quality control issue. However it was nothing a small flat file couldn't handle. Easy fix. Everything else was very straight forward. For the people complaining about the axel diameter: a few slight taps with a rubber mallet and the rod goes right in the bearing! The pump does work and has plenty of pressure. No issues there. Easy to adjust the nozzles on the boom for the proper coverage. I ended up modifying the sprayer with some brackets and supports, so it will stand upright while storing to take up less floor space. The boom arms now have a wing nut to adjust. They fold in for storing upright to take up less space. The holes on the boom were filed square to allow the carriage bolt. No tools necessary for the conversion due to the wing nut. ... show more

Many parts show parts were made in India, Vietnam, etc. Hopefully some parts are made in the USA... Also, poorly packaged, lots of paint chips in metal frame (likely to rust in outdoor use), and most importantly, just like another reviewer noted, the axle diameter is not compatible with wheel bearings. Cannot be assembled. Absolutely unacceptable in too many ways. Quality control, production, and transparency are very questionable. I'm returning this product ... show more

I have about 1 acre of grass to maintain. This sprayer works great for my yard. We spray broad leaf killer for weeds. Looking into what else I can spray on the yard; it beats pushing a spreader around!

    • Stout. Well, not so much. But...
Bushings and collars for the axle are too small. Axle wrong size, actually. Mfr quickly sent replacement axle. Thing looks stout enough for yard work. Metal boom, metal frame. UPDATE: The valves failed and, more importantly, the tank has already started leaking at the front seam. Not happy. Should the mfr provide a new tank (mine was the old style (not as shown in the orig photo) and it was clearly defective), then I'll reevaluate. Hopefully they'll stand behind their product. UPDATE 2: Sure enough, the company stood behind their product and shipped a replacement tank to me. Zero hassle. That's what I'm talking about people!! ... show more
