Item is just like the pictures. I was scared it would look and feel plastic like, but it does not. It is sturdy and well made. It has a metal zipper not cheap plastic. It was alittle stiff but after putting my things in it, it loosened up nicely. It is true to color. It’s beautiful. After looking over the brand and different styles I decided to go with the Elaine brahmin dupe. I chose the color 1. Blue blue. Picture is true to color. The color is absolutely beautiful! Mine has an eye on the front, bottom ,and back . Though in comparison you can see a difference but for the price it's a great deal! I find it larger in width than the actual Elaine bag I find that to be better for me since I carry alot. It seems sturdy. The top zipper is a tad stiff but after wearing it'll be okay. It's handles are small but enough to fit and put it up to your elbow. Has an outside pocket. And feet to keep it from rubbing on the floor or what not. Inside are 2 medium slip pockets and 2 pen pockets and on the opposite side is a decent zippered pocket. Color inside is like a mix of gray and cream . Hardware is gold. It did come with a crossbody strap. Seems sturdy. I always do a look over . Quality if everything works. I think it passed. It also came with a dust bag which was covering my purse when I opened my package. No odd smell. A little miss shaped do to being in a poly bag but that's okay all my belongs in it will reshape it. I might be buying more !! I am a big handbag collector. I definitely would recommend it. Everyone needs a pop of color and can go free hands when you're busy on the go! Go buy it!

But was misshapen from putting it in to small a package. Having to stuff it with cardboard to get shape back. Hopefully it works. AMAZONS GETTING SLOPPY SENDING STUFF CHEAPER COMES ALL OUT OF SHAPE.
