Love the pressure cooker and all it’s features. So quick and easy and I LOVE that I can brown and sear and slow cook or pressure cook all in one pot. I find the air fryer mode to be disappointing though. The food closest to the edges get over-fried, while the inside section just gets heated up and doesn’t crisp. If you stop halfway to rotate your items, the lid needs to sit and cool for 5 minutes before it will start back up, and it automatically kicks off after 10 minutes and you need to wait for it to cool down before it will start back up. The rack for frying is also not at all suited to frying French fries or anything small. ... show more

This thing is rock solid, easy to clean, I did read the entire manual before using it. Read the warnings/caution area extra carefully. It pretty much replaces my stove except for baking but I really don't ever bake. I've slow cooked, made soup, made chili, made burgers from frozen patties, air fried chicken, even air fried those frozen burritos from El Monterrey (so dang good with scalding hot chili poured over the crisp burrito). It's quick, no mess, extremely stress free to use. I love it! *Note: the power cable is a bit short, and can be easy replaced by a longer one from Best Buy, Target, or Amazon. ... show more

This Crockpot Xpress Crisp was my 1st Electric Pressure Cooker. Before purchasing the Crockpot, I’d been using Stovetop pressure cookers. It’s been in use for about a year. Recently, I’ve added a 2nd electric pressure cooker, a Foodie Ninja. While the Foodie Ninja is a newer - Single Lid Design - the Xpress Crisp continues in use. It’s unknown to me Crockpot’s reasons for discontinuing this product, but I have zero issues with it. In fact, I think it’s super, no complaints, other than being discontinued, no longer supported. If Crockpot was to release an updated version, I might be interested in purchasing it. ... show more

It is a very large capacity. I love that I can pressure cook a whole chicken and then crisp in the same pot, then wipe clean. Perfect for my large family. I can fit an 8" springform pan inside.
