This is my second one of these irons and they stop working just all of a sudden after 6 months to 9 months. Company will not replace not worth the money if they don’t stand behind their products. I would have liked to get a replacement but never happened.

Ive had this brand and tried to use competitors. Its a waste of money. This Croc is the best. I had the wider one and its great because it straightens fast and a lot of hair. This one is great for adding curls

    • Stopped Working
I love this flat iron and it's the second Croc I've had but I bought it in Sept 2022 and it stopped working today, not even 2 years later! I may still have the box. Maybe there's a warranty but I doubt it. Extremely disappointing!!!

    • I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to heat up.
I bought my last Croc from here and it lasted for 6 years, so this is disappointing. I even spent a little more and upgraded from the classic. Sometimes when I turn it on, it doesn't heat up much and I have to unplug it and start it up again. Will probably return it.
