Best kitchen shears ever!!!!!
So happy to find these on Amazon. This is my second pair. I made the mistake of trying to sharpen my first pair and ruined them. These are super Duper strong will cut through chicken bones. Well worth the money.

Great for spatchcocking
We bought these scissors specifically for spatchcocking chickens and they work wonderfully. They’re ergonomic and comfortable to grip, the curved metal spring also makes it easy to cut over and over. I had to use regular kitchen shears to spatchcock a turkey and my hands were suffering, I would have really loved to have these shears for that job.

Unbelievably sharp and rugged
I grill butterflied chickens a lot, and these poultry shears are just what I needed. Incredibly sharp, rugged, and ergonomic. Should last a long, long time.
