Sturdy, comfortable. The adjustments on the bottom of the chair are a little short and you have to lean all the way over to straighten/recline or raise/lower the chair. So if you have T-rex arms like me that may be annoying for you, but it's all smooth changes and not jerky like some chairs can be. The assembly is very easy! Oh, the arms lay out enough too for two cats to perch. Just a warning though, this chair can get a little toasty in the summertime. Love it so far!

This criss cross chair is surprisingly and very comfortable to sit on for long hours and has a great fabric texture. It was delivered to me super quickly and in perfect condition as well. Besides, it is really easy to install even for one person. I simply followed the picture instructions step by step and finished putting it together in less than 20 minutes without any difficulty. I'm overall quite satisfied with my shopping experience and would definitely recommend it!

Chair ok but it could be better if they will make improvements. This chair is for petite frames, shorter satures and light weights. Foot rest is very short unless you are just 5ft tall but no taller than 5’5”, anyone above 5’5” foot rest will be somewhere under your knees. Seat is also bit short and not as wide as pictured. Kind of soft, feels a bit unstable and not sure how durable. Back rest ok. Overall is a nice chair but as I mentioned not fit for all. At 5’8” and 165 lb it makes me feel ok if I do no stretch my legs on the foot rest, if I do then as I mentioned foot rest is under my knees and is is inconfortabile position. Overall for the price and look is an ok chair. Again will work probably amazing for shorter people but not for taller.

This criss cross office chair is absolute comfort and the extra width allows you to basically sit in any style that feels good for you! I did deduct one star for a few minor things that I noticed. First the lever to adjust the height and the lever to lock the back of the chair from leaning directions are really short. You really have lean over the side and reach far under the chair to make the adjustments. I'm 6'1" and have a decent reach, but still found myself having to really stretch down and underneath to reach those levers. With most office chairs, the levers are just right there down at the side. I feel they just need to extend those levers out a bit more to the side for easier reach. Also, the foot rest is nice, but to me, it feels a bit on the flimsy side. Flimsy as in the bars that extend the foot rest out could easily bend for heavier set users or ones with larger legs. The head rest extends up about 3 inches, but I really wish it extended a few more inches further for us taller users. This chair was really easy to put together and I had it all assembled in under 15 minutes. Everything was included to put this together including the allen wrench. It's a larger chair than the usual office chair so when you go to assemble the back to the seat, you might need an extra hand to hold it in place while you put the four screws in securely. The chair is really comfortable. The extra wide seat is amazing and it allows me to sit comfortably with one leg under the other. This is a position I cannot do with a standard office chair due to the armrests and the smaller width. Due to the extra wide chair width, this chair does take up a lot more room compared to a normal office chair. Be sure to measure your desk width so you know this will fit underneath it or fit your office space. The fabric of this chair is like a super soft blanket that envelopes your seat and backside. It just feels amazing while your working at your desk. Probably one upgrade I would look for is getting the wheels replaced with those roller blade style wheels as the wheels that are included are just your basic, standard plastic office chair wheels. Overall, I'm very pleased with this chair even though there could be a couple minor upgrades to make this chair perfect. Based on the current quality, comfort, ease of assembly, and price point, I consider it a really good value and a major upgrade to any standard office chair!

I spent way too much time comparing different criss cross office chair on Amazon before finally pulling the trigger on this one. I wanted something that felt more substantial but didn't want to gamble on a cheap gaming chair that would fall apart in six months. Honestly, I’m glad I went with this model because the build quality feels much more reliable and sturdy than I expected for the price. The standout feature for me is definitely the inflatable lumbar support system. Most chairs just give you a cheap foam pillow that flattens out after a week, but this manual air pump lets you dial in the exact amount of pressure your lower back needs. It makes a massive difference during long shifts because you can adjust it on the fly if your back starts feeling tight. It feels like a much more functional, long-term solution for ergonomics than what the competitors are offering. As for the rest of the chair, it’s clearly built for comfort. The leg rest is a nice touch for when I want to lean back and take a break, and the reclining mechanism feels solid without any of that annoying "creaking" or wobbling. The armrests are at a good height and the overall padding is plush without being too mushy. If you’re like me and have been obsessively comparing specs, this is the one to get—it’s a functional, well-made upgrade that actually lives up to the description.

I'm really happy with this chair. I spent a long time being indecisive about which one to get, but I finally chose this model because it looked tall and spacious enough, and I really liked the Inflatable lumbar support. Assembly was pretty straightforward, though since I was putting it together alone, I had to use the box it came in to prop up certain parts. The chair is big, comfortable, and doesn’t make any squeaking noises when I recline. It also feels quite roomy—I can even sit cross-legged on it if I want, which is a nice bonus. I only received it today, so I haven't had much chance to fully test it out yet, but so far I’m very pleased with my choice.
