.....the big comfy chair!

Sturdy, comfortable. The adjustments on the bottom of the chair are a little short and you have to lean all the way over to straighten/recline or raise/lower the chair. So if you have T-rex arms like me that may be annoying for you, but it's all smooth changes and not jerky like some chairs can be. The assembly is very easy! Oh, the arms lay out enough too for two cats to perch. Just a warning though, this chair can get a little toasty in the summertime. Love it so far!

Not fit for taller than 5’5”
Chair ok but it could be better if they will make improvements. This chair is for petite frames, shorter satures and light weights. Foot rest is very short unless you are just 5ft tall but no taller than 5’5”, anyone above 5’5” foot rest will be somewhere under your knees. Seat is also bit short and not as wide as pictured. Kind of soft, feels a bit unstable and not sure how durable. Back rest ok. Overall is a nice chair but as I mentioned not fit for all. At 5’8” and 165 lb it makes me feel ok if I do no stretch my legs on the foot rest, if I do then as I mentioned foot rest is under my knees and is is inconfortabile position. Overall for the price and look is an ok chair. Again will work probably amazing for shorter people but not for taller.

No armrests :(
I put off assembling this office chair for a while, and it turned out to be for no reason. Assembly was straightforward, the instructions were easy to follow with plenty of illustrations, and all of the hardware and tools were included. If I were to make one upgrade, it would be swapping the standard plastic casters for rubberized rollerblade-style wheels since those tend to roll more smoothly and feel more durable. Once assembled, I was genuinely impressed by how comfortable this chair is. The seat is wide enough to easily sit cross-legged, shift positions throughout the day, or simply stretch out. It would also be a great option for plus-sized users who find many office chairs too restrictive. The backrest reaches all the way to my head, and the headrest adjusts up and down much like the headrest in a car, making it easy to accommodate taller people. The seat and back cushions are thick and supportive, although I do think an integrated lumbar curve or lumbar pillow would have made it even better. I initially thought this model simply wasn't designed with armrests, but after looking back at the listing photos, I realized mine appears to be missing them. The pictures show adjustable flip-up armrests, which honestly would have completed the chair. Besides being useful while working, they also would have created the perfect little nook for my Chihuahua to curl up beside me while I'm at my desk. This chair also reclines and includes a pull-out footrest. The footrest isn't oversized, but it's plenty large enough to comfortably support my legs. I've already joked that I could end up taking a nap in this chair because it's that comfortable... although armrests would make that idea feel a little less risky. My only ergonomic complaint is that the recline adjustment lever is positioned awkwardly, making it a bit difficult to reach while sitting. Once I get my hand on it, though, adjusting the recline is quick and easy. My biggest long-term concern is the upholstery. The plush shag fabric feels incredibly soft and cozy, but because it's bright white, I worry it will eventually show dirt or even pick up dye transfer from clothing. I'll probably look for a removable cover to help keep it clean. It's also worth noting that this chair has a much larger footprint than a typical office chair, so be sure you have enough room for it before ordering. Value: The current price of this criss-cross office chair is $189.99 USD. That's a little expensive for a chair without lumbar support and, in my case, without the advertised armrests. If those features had been included as expected, the price would feel much more in line with comparable chairs.

Comfortable chair.
This criss cross chair is surprisingly and very comfortable to sit on for long hours and has a great fabric texture. It was delivered to me super quickly and in perfect condition as well. Besides, it is really easy to install even for one person. I simply followed the picture instructions step by step and finished putting it together in less than 20 minutes without any difficulty. I'm overall quite satisfied with my shopping experience and would definitely recommend it!
