I recently purchased a replacement auger motor for my Pleasant Hearth pellet stove on December 7, 2024. It lasted 35 days before freezing up. Which was just past Amazon's 30 day return policy. When I purchased the motor from the Amazon Seller, Criditpid, their page stated a 1 year warranty on the motor. Good luck trying to get Criditpid to fulfill their stated defective parts 'warranty!' You have to find their contact information first. Which is non existent on Amazon. (Thanks Amazon /s) Why does Amazon allow this Seller to sell it's overpriced junk on Amazon.com? Why does Amazon allow their Sellers with a stated parts warranty NOT to clearly post warranty return contact information on all their product pages? Such questionable business practices are a detriment to Amazon.com's reputation and "trust factor." The "Criditpid" trademark is owned by Shenzhen HaoLin Trading Co., Ltd.
