I bought this machine for my wife so that she has another outlet for her creativity. What I didn't know is that she was going to go down some unfathomable rabbit hole. Oh, it started innocently enough. She made a coffee mug here, a t-shirt there. Why, I could even count the tubes of vinyl she had. Four. Then nine. Then 17. Now? I...I don't know. There are colors I didn't even know existed prior to her owning this machine. At this point, the creature now owns all the tips, all the vinyls, all the cutting mats, all the everything. I went my entire life without knowing what "sublimation ink" was. My harrowing tale aside, this thing is awesome. You can make all kinds of shirts, craft projects, mugs, hats...you name it. If vinyl can adhere to it, you can make a custom thing. And it's fast - real fast. I cannot believe how quickly it cuts out letters and complicated designs. It also seems to be really well made. All the parts I've handled seem sturdy, and while it *seemed* intimidating at first to my wife, switching out tips, loading and unloading, and using the software is actually extremely easy. You don't need to be a mechanical engineer or an IT guru to work this thing. Anyway, that's the review. I'll update it if I find her. ... show more

This is my second Cricut Maker, and I absolutely love the machine itself. It works great, and I have no complaints about the Cricut Maker 4. However, I’m very disappointed with this bundle and the seller. The listing says it includes 12 sheets of vinyl, but only 6 were in the box. The cutting mat arrived badly warped, and even after keeping it flattened under weight for over two weeks, it still hasn’t straightened out. I also noticed the packaging was not the original Cricut box. I understand that bundles are often repackaged, but this one looked like it was put together carelessly. One of the protective corner cardboard inserts was missing, making the packaging feel incomplete. For comparison, my first Cricut Maker was purchased as a bundle directly from Cricut’s website, and everything arrived exactly as described, well packaged, and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, this purchase was a completely different experience. I love the Cricut Maker 4 and highly recommend the machine itself, but based on this experience, I would not recommend this seller. ... show more

Being new to this whole scene, it was a bit overwhelming at first. I watched YouTube videos on how to do different things on the Cricut and followed what they did, and it was actually quite simple and straightforward. I specifically use it for vinyl shirt prints, and using the Design Space software is really fun, and it is opening my creative side that I haven't used in forever. You can actually download the app on you phone so if you have an idea, you can design it on your phone so you don't forget like I have done! It is definitely worth the money, and will save you money in the long run if you buy alot of print shirts. ... show more
