I have been using Cricut machines for many years. I started with an Explore One- now I have a Maker, Maker 3, Joy, and now Joy Xtra. I love the Joy Xtra because it's more portable than the Explore One or Maker models and has more capability than the Joy. What I Love: Compact Size: It’s small enough to fit on my desk but still powerful enough to tackle big ideas. Ease of Use: The setup was quick, and the intuitive design made it simple to get started right away. Versatility: I’ve used it to cut vinyl for custom decals, cardstock for greeting cards, and even create intricate iron-on designs. It handles everything beautifully! Smart Materials: The ability to cut without a mat is a huge plus. It saves time and reduces waste. Cricut Design Space: The app offers endless design options, and pairing it with the Joy Xtra was seamless. What Could Be Better: While the smaller size is perfect for most of my projects, it might not be ideal if you frequently work on large-scale designs. However, for everyday crafting, it’s more than enough! Overall, I’m thrilled with my Cricut Joy Xtra. It’s reliable, efficient, and has sparked so much creativity. Very capable machine... Use high quality vinyl instead of the cheap Dollar Tree stuff and it'll be much better. Cricut branded stuff is best for vinyl and iron on vinyl.

This is a great purchase. The price for everything is a great deal. I love this machine. It’s not bulky like the big ones and it’s not too small like the joy. It cuts smooth and you can do a lot with it.

Bought this as a gift to myself so I'd stop asking my cricutting friends to do projects for me. My 1st big project has been my daughter's 1st bday (Blue's Clues theme). A little bit of a learning curve at first, but nothing a YouTube video & a couple cuss words didn't fix! I'm 4 months in & so far, so good 👍🏾
