They all write well. I've ordered pens from Cricut only to discover dry ink in not only some but most of the pens. I suggest u test ur pens before putting them away. That way, you'll have just what u need for a return at ur finger tips. But I'm not returning these. The beautiful glitter colors are shining through. ... show more

These worked really well in my Cricut machine! I was able to create some pretty cool looking pictures with them, and they surprisingly last quite a long time. Essentially, they are gel, pens, but come in multiple different colors which makes them really versatile for creating multicolored images or designs. The gel is thin enough that it flows really well, but not too thin to wear. It starts bleeding through the paper. Each one that I tried appeared to work just fine, so there was no issues with them drying out from sitting in the box. I even left the cap off of one of them accidentally for a couple of days and it still worked just fine when I came back to it. I don’t know if all the gel pens will work with my machine. I was able to get one in my machine . The ink on the pens seemed fine, a few gels were on the lighter side , maybe alittle dried out. I’m disappointed that they did not come in the white box as shown online. They were in a brown box that said “Circuit “ not “ Circuit Joy” which I specially ordered to work for my Circuit Joy Xtra machine. I didn’t know if I got the right pens for my machine or not. I checked the order and it showed the white box with “Circuit Joy” on it but the “Circuit Joy” was not on the brown box I got. If you are not going to send the white box showing online please make a notation online so customers will know what to expect and please notate on the box if it’s for “Circuit” or “Circuit Joy” so customers aren’t confused thinking they were sent the wrong item. ... show more

Arrives in a branded brown box. The pens have a fine tip point and write very well. The glitter look stands out well for cards or artwork. Normal thickness when the gel comes out from the pen. Size of the pens are a little on the thick side, easier to hold. Functionally works well, just start drawing without having to worry about the gel flowing.
