TerraFab is simply made from naturally occurring inorganic mineral compounds, which is mixed with brine, and layered with fiber glass for strength. Our mini fireplace is more durable, heat resistant and waterproof with larger capacity for a longer burn time--while being lightweight offering portable options. Concrete bowl products are heavy, less tolerant to prolonged heat (can’t burn longer than 1.5 hr), and are likely to crack. Concrete causes damage to the most fertile layer of the earth, the topsoil, while being one of the main producers of carbon dioxide emissions.
