Have not owned the Creworks 16x20 heat press for 7 months and the main junction box has cut out 3 times. Each time you are out the machine for 3-6 weeks due to Creworks broken Customer Service. Each time is the same process, what’s the issue, pictures and videos, they have there “technician” review and waste time. They send you a new junction box with a link to a 15 sec video to remove one screw. That one screw is one of many and a puzzle of wiring that you have to navigate yourself. Once Humpty Dumpty was put back together it worked for another 7 weeks. The third time it cut out Creworks offered a full refund just box it up, weigh it, and email them the weight to get a shipping label. I sent that email and of course no response. After weeks of useless emails we started the process over on the Amazon app. Creworks, “sorry for your frustration but you manufacture Warrenty has expired but Creworks Customer Service will work with you to fix the problem. Please explain your issue.” As a small business, I don’t have time to play with Creworks CS and then technician to fix their faults. Before you make the poor decision to purchase this paperweight, please remember me walking around my 80 pound 24x28x16 boxed up Creworks Heat Press in my garage waiting for a shipping label.

The media could not be loaded. EDIT: I figured it out. The pressure must be set properly. 5 stars for that. But since they didn't include instructions about the auto open, it should only be 4 star :) Just opened the box today. Machine is sturdy for sure but the auto open seems to be not working. No instructions included. I'll modify my stars and review as soon as I get hold with support or instructions. If not, return.

I love the Fact I can do Multi projects at the same time , Packaging was very nice and the Time to receive was SPot on. But.. (The instructions ) Yes are very easy to Read but Confusing , It would Be nice to Have Photos to show Exactly where the Plate and Bolts go . I did Have to go on Amazon and View the photos to see How and what The instructions Ment. So I suggest look at the Photos it will Make it easy. Now Off to Printing Woot woot!

I enjoy using this press. It heats relatively quickly (not rapid) and have a large working surface. If I would change two things it would be the screen placement as when the press is in the upright position it is very difficult to change times and temperatures without fighting to hold down the hot press. Also I wished the slider came out further as seen on a few other presses.

I absolutely love this press! I worried about buying online that it would lack quality, but it did not disappoint!! It heats up quickly, there’s no foul smell & I even texted the accuracy of the temp…. It is right on! I would purchase again for sure!

I received this item and for the money I am very disappointed. This wasnt my first choice for a new press, but Amazon messed up my first two orders so I had to choose a different one. The item is very and heavy and bulki and hard for a shorter person to reach and see the settings. After 80 presses the auto open function doesn’t work any more. I was in the middle of an order when it quit and I’ve been trying to reach tech support. The phone number listed goes to a voicemail and all you can do is use the chat feature and wait for a message. They request video and attached files thru ways I’ve never even heard of and out me off for two days and now say it’s the weekend and I must wait until next Tuesday, which will then be 6 days for a response. This is unacceptable! Save your money and buy elsewhere!

The media could not be loaded. I love the looks, the build and everything about it except for me unboxing it, plugged it up and nothing. I have been trying to get a new one or a new control box now for 2 days and I can’t get a direct answer just getting sent in different directions. Now they are saying it is t the control box. I’m going to be having surgery on my arm and really needed this bc I have big orders to fill and can’t raise my other one with my arm. The last pic is how I received it. First time having a bad experience with anyone on Amazon.
