But since they didn't include instructions about the auto open, it should only be 4 star :) Just opened the box today. Machine is sturdy for sure but the auto open seems to be not working. No instructions included. I'll modify my stars and review as soon as I get hold with support or instructions. If not, return.

Have not owned the Creworks 16x20 heat press for 7 months and the main junction box has cut out 3 times. Each time you are out the machine for 3-6 weeks due to Creworks broken Customer Service. Each time is the same process, what’s the issue, pictures and videos, they have there “technician” review and waste time. They send you a new junction box with a link to a 15 sec video to remove one screw. That one screw is one of many and a puzzle of wiring that you have to navigate yourself. Once Humpty Dumpty was put back together it worked for another 7 weeks. The third time it cut out Creworks offered a full refund just box it up, weigh it, and email them the weight to get a shipping label. I sent that email and of course no response. After weeks of useless emails we started the process over on the Amazon app. Creworks, “sorry for your frustration but you manufacture Warrenty has expired but Creworks Customer Service will work with you to fix the problem. Please explain your issue.” As a small business, I don’t have time to play with Creworks CS and then technician to fix their faults. Before you make the poor decision to purchase this paperweight, please remember me walking around my 80 pound 24x28x16 boxed up Creworks Heat Press in my garage waiting for a shipping label.

Initial Impressions — Will Update Over Time with more usage. See bottom for update: We own and operate six different heat presses for various jobs, so we’re experienced in using this kind of equipment. Here's what we’ve noticed so far: Pros -- The automatic operation is a plus—it allows us to use it while seated, which is helpful during long production runs. -- It has a clean, modern look with a more polished presentation than most other presses. -- The built-in hand grips make moving it easier, and we appreciate that it stays securely closed during transport. -- The user manual is better than average, and the controls are intuitive. -- There’s a noticeable reduction in exposed wires compared to other machines, which helps keep the workspace tidy. Cons -- To create a license plate, this press requires 90 seconds at 400°F and pressure level 5. Our other presses complete the same job at 400°F in 55 seconds. That’s a significant increase in time, which negatively impacts our production speed. Once dialed in, it does produce consistent results—but it’s noticeably slower. -- Pressure must be adjusted manually with each use. Instead of pressing the "close" button once, we have to press it multiple times per item. This step adds time to each cycle and slows down workflow considerably. -- The plastic overlay on the control panel was loose upon arrival. While we were able to press it back into place, it raises concerns about long-term durability. -- There’s no precise manual control over pressure, which limits flexibility for advanced users. Bottom Line This unit may be better suited for home hobbyists or occasional users rather than a production-heavy environment. The slower press time makes it impractical for high-volume events. While it has a sleek appearance and some nice features, it doesn’t outperform simpler, more utilitarian models in terms of speed or adjustability. Is it worth the higher price? In our opinion—no, not for professional use. We’ll keep it in the office for a dedicated task, but it’s unlikely to replace our go-to machines for event work. If your priority is aesthetics and occasional use, this machine will look great in your workspace and get the job done. But for speed and consistency under pressure, there are more efficient options out there. UPDATE: We returned it. Sadly we were'nt getting consistent results with sublimation. If you're using this for shirts or for pressing on vinyl from your cricuit - it may be great. We wanted to love it, but after destroying dozens of substrates that didn't press evenly, we decided that this wasn't for us. Keeping the 4 stars despite that as for you - it may be perfect.

I was afraid I had ordered too much machine for me, but I am loving it. It was ready to go right out of the box. Feels sturdy, and is steady and stable even when in loading position. Works great on several fabrics (cotton, linen, vinyl, etc) with various fusible products, like interfacing, batting, foam, and decals. Very fast and efficient for my needs, due to large platen area. I appreciate the auto open feature.

Me funciona perfecto hemos realizado una gran cantidad de camisas y sueters y nunca hemos tenido problemas teníamos una pequeña pero la compra de esto fue lo mejor por su movimiento para sacar las camisas y que se levanta automáticamente ya que casi siempre estamos haciendo más de una cosa a la vez no corremos el riesgo que se nos olvide lo único malo es la incomodidad para usar la pantalla pero una vez se programa todo funciona perfecto
