Nice jacket - some things to know, though. This jacket is 'form fitting' - especially if you zip it up and use the snaps, too. (Leave the snaps undone, and you get a sliver more room.) Arms are snug. If you like to wear a sweater or hoodie under your jacket, order one size larger. If you don't order up, you could probably wear a down vest for more warmth, if you feel you need it. (Although it was 12° out today, and I was plenty warm.) Btw, Amazon sells vests, hoodies and sweaters, also! The jacket has soft cloth pockets, fyi. And if you like to shove your hands in your pockets, or your cell phone or keys or wallet, I believe they'd rip out after a season. Zipper is sturdy and works easily. Hood is warm, however, no ties to secure it. Probably wearing a winter scarf wrapped around is a viable option to keep it secure on a windy day. The color is pretty, and vibrant and over-all this is a stylish jacket.

I am very particular about the features I want in a winter coat. This meets all of my criteria plus a couple more. Of course, I want warmth. I also want a coat, not a jacket. Given the length, I always look for a 2-way zipper. I find that to be very necessary to make being able to drive less restrictive. This coat can be closed using the zipper, the snaps, or both. This adds to the versatility. It can be closed quickly to just run out for a short time or not end up being too warm, if the weather is just chilly/breezy. It can be closed using both on really blustery days. The sleeves have elastic cuffs within them, helping to keep the cold out. The coat can be zipped all the way up to create a turtle neck effect, eliminating the need for a scarf. I also look for a hood, because I don’t wear hats. I really like the fact that the faux fur trim is removable. The one added feature, which I don’t usually see or think I need, are the zippered pockets. That can really come in handy to just take a few small items while running out, and not have to worry about losing them. Considering the quality and all of the features, the price is very reasonable. There have been coupons available, reducing the price a bit; any savings are appreciated! I like this coat so much, I may even buy another one in a different color. There are quite a few options. Note: I originally ordered a size up to accommodate layers of clothing underneath. This runs very true to size (not small, like others), so there is enough room. I ended up returning the first one to order my actual size.

I needed a warmer coat and found this one. This coat is warm and comfy. The pockets are lined with warm fabric, there is an inner zipper and outer snaps, which are great, and the hood is fully lined and trimmed in faux fur. Wonder of wonders, when I ordered this, I had no idea that we were going to be hit with the mother of all blizzards! My timing was perfect because it got here the day before the blizzard. I have to take my doggo out to do his business and this coat saved me from frostbite. Funny thing, it comes shipped all shrunk up in a small bundle. Be prepared for the coat expansion when you open the bundle…whoosh and you have a big coat! This was a great purchase.

I've been looking for a good winter coat since we moved to the Midwest 11 years ago. Most coats will keep me warm to a certain point. But when that wind gets to whipping and the Temps are low, not 1 could keep me warm enough. Until this coat. I'm currently in North Dakota on a work trip. Temp is -4, it's snowing, and the wind could pretty much knock you on your rear. Every single inch that is covered by the coat, is warm and toasty. Not even these crazy winds can find it's way through. I love the color and fluffiness of the fuzzy trim. Size wise, I found it a tad snug in the upper arm area. But everywhere else it fits nicely. Pockets aren't very roomy, but other than those 2 things, I absolutely love this coat.

I love everything about this coat! It keeps me toasty warm. It zips up to where there are no drafts on my neck. the pockets zip up to keep everything secure and you can either zip up the front or just snap it shut. Plus it came in a color that can be seen in the dark!

Good quality overall; though surprisingly heavy; very nice color (bright blue) true to photo. Seems to run a bit small, though so puffy that you’ll feel like the Michelin Man when wearing it. That said, this coat should hold up very well to commonly subzero, Minnesota winters, where I live. If you tend to get cold, this one’s for you! Faux “fur” collar, however, is not just bad, but truly disgusting! It not only looks cheap and ratty, but sheds like an old cat that’s very ill. But get this: I thought “no problem,” as the collar easily unzips (which I wish the entire hood did, as I’m not fond of them…guess I’ll be cutting mine off) and then placed it in the trash right away, in order to be rid of it, as the pickup guy was due any minute. I looked out a moment ago, and there was a card attached to my still FULL 😠 trash can that read: “We’re sorry, but for reasons of health and worker safety, we cannot accept deceased animals. Please contact the City of (X) for instructions regarding proper carcass disposal.” 😅 😅 😅 100.% true story!!! I rest my case. (Though I feel really sorry for the Chinese factory worker who spends the day attaching these critters to the fabric.😅) Otherwise, a very nice coat, though I cannot imagine how anyone drives in it, as several have mentioned here. You might as well wrap yourself up in a sleeping bag!
