Great price/value for beautiful light. Be extremely careful when installing. Leave extra lead wires and roping! Ours came opened and damaged, but third time was a charm! Might want to have a professional install for you.

Love it! Looks great over a kitchen table… Nice and beachy! Took my husband and I about an hour and a half to hang it… Someone with more experience could do it much faster. Easy to measure and cut length. Do need two ppl to put up

Love these, but wish they were smaller. Then I would’ve hung 3, but there a little bigger than I thought. Actually, have to send 1 of the three back. The cord is so long! I hope the guys updating my kitchen can adjust them, well see! Will add pics, if they work out! Update: So I love how they look! But when I went to clean them, I used a window cleaner to remove the dust & fingerprints, it was so hard to clean! They smudge and it looks like there are spots inside that just won’t clean. From far way you can’t see, but up close very noticeable! So if anyone knows a way to clean these, Please let me know! ... show more

8/3/2020 — Latest update: I am so frustrated. If you look at the pictures I have just added you will see why. Apparently the glass globes on my pendants have a defect. All three of my fixtures’ globes have developed, over time, smudged areas. In my pictures you can see that the defect runs in a wide band completely around the glass. These are not fingerprints; they are impossible to remove. The problem is with the glass. As I said, all 3 globes have similar areas with this defect. I spoke to a Customer Service rep. about the problem and was told to contact the manufacturer. I did and was told that any move toward replacing my fixtures would have to originate at Amazon. I spoke to 2 more Customer reps at Amazon and was told that their 80/90 day return/exchange window was closed. No flex; no exceptions. Other than a $20. gift certificate, nothing could be done. They would not stand behind these fixtures despite the fact that they were sold through and shipped from Amazon. They wouldn’t even contact the manufacturer to see about a different resolution. It is impossible for me to believe that a company of the size and scope of Amazon would choose to do nothing to make a Prime, longtime customer happy. But that is what they did. I was given Jeff Bezos’ contact information, but I received a reply from another customer service employee and was given the same runaround. No fix. No credit. No refund. I guess that doing the right thing was going to break the bank. I will think long and hard about buying from Amazon in the future. For these reasons I gave the fixtures 1 Star. To Amazon I give 0. First review: I love everything about this light! It will be perfect in my kitchen. Update: I still love the look, but am frustrated that I can’t figure out how to remove the glass globes for cleaning! Help! ... show more
