This is my 4th filament dryer and my favorite. I have been struggling to dry my Elegoo Rapid TPU and recently purchased a Creality Space Pi single spool dryer, which is actually very good as well (except for the screen), but the one thing I found helped the most was if I rotated the spool occasionally. Then BAM! Elegoo comes out with dryer which rotates the dryer AND has an actual usable touchscreen AND auto open/close moisture vent. I have not printed directly from the dryer so I can't speak for how well that works. Positives: - Rotates the spool - Auto moisture open/close vents - High temp capable - Touchscreen is very easy to use - Can create 1 custom drying profile - Looks great - Price (was still $70 when I purchased) Negatives: - Limited to 12-hours - Can only create 1 custom drying profile - Amazon price keeps going up, but still competitive pricing for its features

I typically despise Creality products, but I own two of these and I think they are mostly fantastic. They dry well and being able to feed from them while printing works perfectly. I've tried a bunch of options for dryers and this one is my favorite. Having a humidity meter and a wide range of drying temps is a major plus here. However, whoever decided to make it open from the back vs the front needs a different career path. It's absurd and almost ruins what IMO is a great product. The crappy touch screen isn't great and the viewing angles aren't great, but it's serviceable. If only the opening was top side or front side and not back side this would be a 10/10 undefeated winner.

Worked really well for my BBL PET-CF print. It does make some ambient noise (to be expected) but nothing which was anywhere near as loud as my printer. Dries well, I do wish it had a 80c temp setting. Looks really nice next to my X1C. Super easy to use. No idea why people are hating on the display, It gets the job done...

As an engineer, there is always room for improvement 😉 but this filament dryer pays for it self. Had issues with new and sealed PA12-CF warping and breaking free from the plate, 3 hours in the dryer and without changing any setting the prints where finally working as they should. PRO: It works as it should and efficiently. Compact design Low noise Touch screen looks good Pre set materials Custom settings The product has a great look Included hose to printer option CONS: 1. Touch screen sensitivity,( but figure out just leave you finger on it for a split second longer and it works great) 2. The door feels loose, no real seal, everytime I move the unit I accidentally grabbed the door too and feel like I'm about to break it 3. Timer can only be set by hour (i could be wrong) WHAT I CHANCE: 1. Automatic fillament roller, should spin the fillament slowly at least one rotation every hour. While the fan does a great job, there hot and cold spots and moisture spots. 2. Stiffer door, or locking mechanism or better seal on the door or handles to grab the unit so you don't break the door moving 3. Alarm for when it's done would be nice. 4. Touch screen that work like most screens instead of having to hold a tab bit longer.. Regardless I buy it again, and these changes would only making me won't to buy more and breaking willing to spend more for it.

Worked great. Had a finnicky filament that needed to be dried for 30+ hours. Easy to use and got to the temperature I needed. I like that I could feed into my machine and print while drying. Also compact enough that I could fit in my tiny space with the rest of the clutter 😂.

This thing actually is pretty good for the price. Don't let the 3 star review fool you, I'm simply leaving honest feedback. The unit looks pretty slick, and set up is a cinch. I love the grey and black color combination. It’s not loud at all, seemingly doesn't get that hot, and does its job of drying out filament. Now for the negatives. The touch screen is a nightmare as others have stated. You pretty much have to press the button straight on for it to work. Does not work if you press it from any angle. Also, it feels like i have to press so hard it feels like im going to break the screen before it responds. I don't really understand why it opens from the back. Maybe it made sense from a design standpoint, but it requires the dryer to sit so far forward on my desk. if i just want it to be stationary it has to sit to the front, otherwise its footprint is pretty large. Overall, my complaints are what they are. But at the price point listed, its still not a terrible deal
