So, I read the comments about sizing up or down. I’m 5’4” and about 185 as I’m writing this and purchase an XL. Usually I get a large size jacket, like even the Levi’s faux leather jacket I have is a large. However, I have broad shoulders, big hips/butt, and a medium sized waist, so I wanted the jacket to fit my fluffier areas comfortably without being too tight when I’m walking/moving/sitting. The drawstrings around the waist definitely help with adjusting it. It is a bit looser overall than I expected, but it’s great for layering with a thick sweater or sweatshirt, so it’s honestly a win in my books. The hood is not detachable and there are no inside pockets. I love this jacket and plan on putting patches on it in the near future. Definitely recommend. ... show more

...except the bottom hem. Sleeves are loose, chest, shoulders, waist are loose. So tight around hips I can't zip it up. Women have hips come on Levi's. I can't go up or I'd be drowning in it from the waist up. I would buy this in every color if it fit better. Why not just make the bottom hem a smidge wider??? ... show more

I love the jacket and it’s exactly like the photo. I heard the sleeves were short and to order a size bigger. I’m a large so I ordered the extra large and it fits very comfortably. If you want your jacket to be snug then definitely order your correct size. Ordering a size bigger definitely helps making the sleeves longer just depends on what you’re looking for. ... show more

I bought this jacket because I was going to a hockey game in November that didn’t allow ANY bags into the arena; not even a small clutch was allowed (what a load of crap). It was that time of the month and I needed some additional pocket space for my stuff. So I bought this jacket because I didn’t have a lot of other options and I wasn’t going to skip the game because we travelled out of town to attend the game and bought expensive tickets close to the glass. Well let me tell you, this jacket is amazing and perfect and now I wear it all the time! I usually wear a size 12/14 or L/XL tops depending on fit. I’m 5’2 and a 38C. This jacket fits me perfectly. The length is great and the sleeves are not too long, which is so rare for me. If you are talk or have long arms, this will probably be too short for you. Although the sleeves are short, they are not narrow. Sometimes jackets can be too snug on my upper arms (they are thicc), but this one fits very well. If you have thin arms, or even normal circumference biceps for that matter, then the sleeves may be loose or baggy looking on you. All the pockets are great; so much room for storage. The quality of this jacket is excellent! There is a nice quilted style lining in the jacket and all the buttons and zipper are sturdy. The zipper was a little stiff at first but has since gotten better. The hood on the jacket is very large. Its definitely larger than your average hood but I like this because it will cover all of my head when my hair is in a high bun. Overall, I would say it’s a medium weight jacket. Great over a T-shirt on a chilly fall morning or a slid layer of warmth over a sweater, that’s how I wore mine to the hockey game. Now that winter is here, I wear it with a long sleeve top on days when the temps are above freezing. Honestly, if the outside temp is below 35°F then I’ll wear a heavier jacket because this one will leave me chilly. I bought this jacket as a quick solution to a lack of pocket problem but I didn’t expect to like it so much. I had actually purchased a similar jacket at the same time for $15 less. I was hoping at least one of them would fit because it was kind of a last minute thing. As soon as I put this one on, I knew it was perfect. I literally wore it around the house for an hour or so with the tags still on because of how perfect it fit and how impressed I was with the quality and storage. Absolutely gorgeous coat! Warm too, it's a little long on me, but I'm 5'0, so take that with a grain of salt. I'm a bigger chested gal at 38DDD. and the xl fits great, normally Im a large, maybe xl so I'd size up if I were you, especially if you don't like that snug fit. I personally do. I haven't had the chance to wear this in the cold yet so I can't be sure how it will hold up, but I think it will be a good mid-weight cold weather jacket, which is what I wanted. I usually wear a medium but the medium I ordered was VERY tight. I returned it and bought a large, which is also surprisingly snug in the arms (I have a petite frame with very narrow shoulders, so that is surprising).
