Works great and fast. Not a whole lot of energy draw. Inproved my print quality dramatically. I no longer have to worry about if my filament is going to be quality or not. the only regret I have is I didnt wait until the 4 slot was out. But based on the 2 slot I will be getting a 4 slot soon.

First off it works as a dryer but definitely not as a storage option because of the seal on the hatch (there is none) and the 2 holes on the lid for ventilation (You can cover these honestly). I recommend vacuum seal bags or air tight containers like the cereal containers with dessicant which you can find all on Amazon. I like the UI and usability you just set the dryer time from the selected filament preset. I do wish it had the preset dryer time range with manual override like in the manual. It also has 2 holes/seals for your bowden PTFE tube to extract your filament during usage which can be closed. One thing I don't like is the touch screen registration on presses hopefully it with last but it works. The other downside is the seal on the lid which is plastic on plastic with very minor gaps. It'll probably heat up much better and keep the temp consistent with the light ventilation on top. If they provided 2 extra seals for the lid holes then we'll be able to use it as storage and maybe add a slide latch (similar to the bambulab AMS) to seal it and it would prevent it from opening. A future version could also add storage mode for on/off cycles battery saving. Perhaps a handle too? This would be great for holding the temperature and for storage. This is a great start. With these minor and future improvements I'm sure it'll do a better job and probably be the best in the market.

Very nice dryer. The choices of modes is really convenient and the percentage of moisture on the display is really nice. I've dried several different filament types and my desiccant bags with great results. I've printed from it several times as well without issue. A great choice.

I recently bought this to dry out some PETG before use. It did work well for drying filament. I did this in an open area, and I did experience a hot plastic smell, but I don't know if that was from the dryer or the PETG. This could be more pronounced in a much smaller area. I've used it several times now, and it has worked well to drop the humidity down. It's easy to use, and I highly suggest for anyone using PETG.

The media could not be loaded. I've owned this for just more than a year, and don't really use it that often. It was extremely useful when I did use it. About 6 months ago the fan started getting noisy and eventually stopped working. There is a replacement fan available, so I swapped that out myself. The replacement has been working great. However, I turned it on today and now the temperature sensor is dead and the display is flashing the error code E4. Creality support says the motherboard is probably dead, but it's out of warranty so I'm out of luck. I could purchase a replacement motherboard, but that's half the cost of a new unit. So, it looks like I'll be looking at one from a different brand.

It does the job but here a a few minor annoyances: - the exit ptfe tube isn’t fixed to anything so when feeding filament in and out it slides around or pops out - the door opens backward to access the filament so you either need to be able to walk around the back of your shelf or have a LOT of extra space behind and above to make switching spools actually convenient - the screen seems like is resistive instead of capacitive, making it not very responsive to touch inputs - power switch also on the back even though the power BUTTON is on the front
