This is the second one of these slings I have purchased, for a second AR. I used the first sling for 2 advanced rifle classes and it performed great. The tri-glide works well and allows plenty of slack for reloads and other manipulation. Works with a variety of hardware and is very comfortable. Great product for the newer modular style rifles. It can be worn ambidextrous for those southpaws out there, and works very well for barrel down carry. Very comfortable to wear, and with 1 pull on the the tab, will loosen or tighten to secure your grip in many stances. I don't use one for my more traditional carry rifles( lever guns and bolt actions ) as I usually carry those slung back over the shoulder, but this is a very well made sling that is very comfortable to use and carry your weapon. ... show more

After seeing all the glowing reviews on YT, I bought one of these for my AR. The fit and finish was great and the adjuster functioned smoothly. I soon realized the fabric was a bit rough and the padding too much on the bulky side. I decided to keep it as a back up and bought a padded sling from Flatline Fiber Co. That one is much softer and the padding isn't as bulky. Like I said, great product, but it just wasn't for me. The choice is yours. ... show more
