While the product itself is solid, customer support is long in response and resolution. My K2 pro combo was delivered on Dec 31 2025, and that day I opened a support ticket as the frame was bent and the top piece does not fit at all. This causes fumes not to be filtered, sound to be louder, the spool holder to sit oddly, and taller prints to not print properly as the frame is twisted. It took over a week to finally get to a higher level of technician to agree to send a replacement frame. The replacement frame wasn’t shipped well until late January, and was returned to shipper as there was an issue with shipping. They have yet to send out the replacement frame again. Multiple follow-ups are met with silence and no response from their support staff. I’m now beyond the free 30day return window due to their delays. Printer itself is great and reliable, their support staff is not.

lasted for one month broke it is a awesome machine but it broke ordered the replacement part worked for one print said extruder wasnt extruding took it apart nothing wront with it ordered a new extruder still the same problem it would when it was done or had to pull up the filliment to the cfs it would say it faled to extrud amazon sent me a new machine then i hooked it all up and set it up and error on the cfs witht he rfd took it apart and the factory failed to include the wires that hook up the 2 boards i dont know what process there quility control but its slacking a failed filiment sensor board on the extruder and no wires hooking up the rfd boards is beyond irratitting spent a hour of my time fixing a new unit cause i didnt want to deal with another replacement when this thing is done and used going to bamboo labs and getting one of there units

I have been building printers from scratch for probably 15 years, this was my first "ready to go" printer. It's been excellent. I have over 500 hours of print time on it with many multicolor prints, never had a failed print, and the speed and quality is impressive. I did upgrade the hotend to a MicroSwiss for a K2 Plus, this requires changing the thermistor settings in the Klipper config, but otherwise it's a stock printer. It just works.

Garbage 🗑 Failed print, after error code, after failed print, after crash and so on and so on. The CFS is equally bad as the printer itself. Cannot keep this thing running. What a waste of money.

This is a nice printer, particularly with the CFS. Be aware - if you have hardware problems, you'll likely be solving those yourself. I reached out directly, opened a ticket, and they closed it after offering no solution. They said they'd have someone get back to me, but they never did. I ended up ordering 5 replacement parts with plans to fix myself. The printer is nice enough, but a word of caution: Choose another brand if you want customer service. Edit - They finally reached out to me and seemed helpful with sending replacement parts but the ordeal took several weeks and I don’t know when the parts will arrive. I’ve also learned more after replacing basically every part in my unit, and at least it’s fairly modular. Adding a star.

I have never been so let down. I have a over 1200 hours on my K1 without issue but i wanted a larger build volume and multi-color capabilities so i went with the K2 pro. Less than 30 hours of print (4 prints) and i started getting MCU and hot end failures. I contacted creality support, who would not help me because i bought it through amazon. They forwarded my ticket to a vendor technician, who 5 days later, still hasnt reached out. So, today, i am boxing it up and returning it. i give it 2 stars because nobody take 1 star reviews seriously. also the UI and form are great, its just the function that is lacking. It seems like this is a hit or miss issue with these printers. I may take my chances with one from the creality store or wait for H2S to be back in stock.

Do not buy!!! Creality customer service is garbage!! You may get one, small print but if ya run multiple the x axis is always a issue.. can email the logs, which can take 24 to 48 hours, tech support on the phone is no help... look at anker maker, my first 3d printer and made many prints before a issue!! Ive made 2 small ones on this and already calling customer support! Less then a week a week of owning.. The thing looks cool, but its the biggest pain, and for the money, I expected a functioning product! Do not buy!!!!

Recorded it in October and by Thanksgiving it wouldn’t work. Reached it and was told to be patient. Customer service only works through email and the only time I get a reply is when I leave a bad review. I’d look into a different brand if customer service means anything to you find another brand. If they make it right I’ll update my review
