What does “3 interchangeable laser modules” mean? The Falcon A1C is compatible with 5W Diode, 10W Diode, and 1.2W Infrared laser modules. Simply switch modules to suit different materials and projects. Additional 1.2W IR laser modules are sold separately. What safety features does the Falcon A1C include? The Falcon A1C features a USB safety lock, tilt protection, a Class 1 fully enclosed design, adjustable flame detection, automatic lid-open protection, and high-temperature protection, providing comprehensive safety throughout the engraving process. Can it engrave on reflective/transparent materials such as ceramics/glass? It is not recommended to engrave directly on highly reflective materials, such as mirror-finished stainless steel. Apply an anti-reflective coating first to ensure optimal engraving results and help protect the laser module from reflected light. Falcon A1C does not respond after power-on (indicator light off) please check the power connection, outlet, power switch (I = Power On), emergency stop button, safety lock, and use the correct adapter (24V 3A for 5W; 24V 5A for 10W & 1.2W IR).
