Do your homework sometimes cheaper is not better.
This machine worked until a Creality firmware update, after which I had three problems I could not resolve. LightBurn began throwing Error 7 on connection — unable to read the EPROMs. Autofocus started landing above the material surface, producing blurry burns. And manual focus stopped holding — the Z-axis drifts before or during a job. I contacted support. They asked for videos, photos, and receipts — I provided everything they requested. Then they said they’d get back to me. That was the end of it. I’m not a beginner. I’ve done serious work in LightBurn and know my way around this type of machine. At that point I decided the machine wasn’t worth the continued effort and returned it. Three stars because the hardware itself showed promise before the update, and the issues may be firmware-fixable. But if you run into problems, don’t expect fast or effective support.

Good product but the software that controls it is a little wonky. Instead, I use Lightburn. Manufacturer's nstructions for use are bare minimum, I found out more Googling the product and getting tips from other users. ThIs was quick pruchase to finish a high priority profect for a customer, I wish I had more time to shop around.

Awful, avoid this trash.
I got mine directly from Creality. It’s been 3 weeks now and all I can get from them is links to videos asking me to try this next. I can’t get it to focus or be accurate on anything that isn’t in the very center of the bed. It’s awful. The support offers an overnight email every 2-3 days after I submit my next step results. If you buy one, get it from Amazon. Creality doesn’t cover shipping on returns, seemingly even for defective units.
