This is my very first laser engraving machine, I chose Creality because I have purchased their 3D printers in the past. I didn't know much about engraving. But this machine, coupled with Lightburn, was very easy to set up and start engraving as I expected there to be more of a learning curve. It seems to be very high quality. I had zero issues out of the box and I know I will doing a lot of projects with this machine.

Used to both cut and engrave mostly wood and some fabric projects and it has met our expectations. It took some time to assemble but it went smoothly. Seems to be a quality machine.

Have been fighting with this thing for 4 days. It refuses to carry out any instruction I give it. Have tried on 2 different computers, both MAC, both in perfect working order. When I send a job to be engraved or cut, it simply tells me that the machine is busy. So it gets my directives but refuses to carry them out. Honestly I'm going to call amazon in a few min and get a return label--I'm sending this thing back! I will say this much for it. It was immaculately packaged and setup was almost blissful. Should have known that it was all too good to be true.

We got this yesterday so we haven't been able to do a lot with it but, it's so much better than our old laser. The lines are cleaner, the speed is much faster and set up was a breeze. I would recommend this to anyone!

Used top brand recommended software. Would not fire laser at needed levels. Same brand software works great but must have an internet connection. Shop has no internet currently. Smoke evac used computer fan and flex dryer tube to remove smoke.

I do a lot of projects with various needs and a laser engraver/cutter has been on my list for awhile. This was cheap and has been making some super nice items that im making with 3d prints and wood inlays.

I like the dual power settings, they are used regularly. The laser module air assist light stopped working after a few weeks of light use but it has not bothered the operations.
