I got this for my 7 year old son for Christmas, and he did the kit with his 10 year old brother. I wasn’t sure if flowers would be a hit, but the price was unbeatable. They both loved it! I don’t know what’s going on with the Boomers leaving 1-star reviews for “being overpriced on a kit you can essentially make at home.” Maybe they are from the Ron Swanson crafters and enthusiasts club where they can whittle a cotton straw and circuit cut precise flower petals, I don’t know. I am an avid Pinterest user and fairly advanced crafter. I have yet to see anything comparable to this kit on the parent and home school craft blogs. White carnations in a vase with some food coloring, sure. But not everything included in the kit. My kids loved this, and we passed most of a snowy quarantine Sunday designing different flowers. Now, if your kid likes immediate gratification they may feel a little frustrated because the flowers take a while to color. If I had a negative critique, I would say that the videos I watched and the instructions made it seem like the coloring would happen much sooner than it did. It takes about an hour or two for the full effect. I may end up buying another kit because the flowers turned out so well! If you and your kids are patient crafters, you will love this! ... show more

Couldn’t even package it in a shipping box?? Just showed up on my door step in its original box with a bunch of shipping stickers stuck to it. This was a Christmas gift. Totally annoying. Product is great though. Seller, not so much.
