  • Kid Approved, Mom Approved, Easy to Use!
Love, Love, Love these colored Crayola Palm Grip "Eggs"! My toddler was having trouble holding the standard crayons as she is developing her motor skills. Both of us were getting frustrated as the regular crayons kept breaking in half when she tried to use them. Each time a standard crayon broke it would become harder and harder for her to use them. I kept having to throw away so many broken crayons and purchasing more to replace them. In addition as a parent I was afraid she may choke if she ever put a broken piece in her mouth! She loves to color and this product is the perfect shape for her little hands to hold onto without the possibility of breaking while she uses it. Beautiful colors, easy to grip and fun shape for kids! From a parental concern they are well designed, affordable and don't break easily if thrown or rolled off the table which is a huge plus around small children! *Highly Recommended by This Mom! ... show more

  • You can never go wrong with Crayola!
Easy for 16 month old to hold! Easy to produce the colors! Why does Crayola have to be more pricy than other brands? But I trust Crayola and won’t not buy another brand.

  • Nice first crayons
We started with the triangular crayons for our 15 month old which she easily broke and couldn't help but peel off the wrappers. We thought these would be better, but she literally cried when we offered them to her. We tried another time and she tried to take a bite out of it. Now they seem to just make her mad and she pushes them away. They probably would be fine if we had started with these. She can hold them in her hand easy enough and they color ok (the triangular ones seem a little easier to color with since they're softer). ... show more

  • Great for small hands
I was psyched to see these crayons, as my son is 16 months old and I thought I would have to wait much longer to introduce him to the world of coloring. I got my regular monthly e-mail from LeapFrog that suggested coloring for toddlers, so I figured I would look into it and found these crayons that said 12 months plus! Upon receiving them, they look like they will be perfect for my son's small hands - and small mouth, in that there is really no way a child could choke on these simply by putting them in their mouth. They are much bigger than a toddler's mouth, but not too big for their hands, so they can enjoy coloring and you can enjoy quiet time without having to worry about them choking on a crayon. ... show more

  • I love these crayons and so does my 2 year old ...
I love these crayons and so does my 2 year old daughter. I've bought her the triangle crayons before and she always broke them, tore the paper off and would try to eat them some times. These egg shaped ones are awesome and they fit perfect in her little hands. One crayon did break after only having for a couple hours though, they are thick but hollow in the very center. I emailed Amazon asking if I could somehow get a replacement and they express shipped a whole new set over night to me for free. Very good buy and worth the money. ... show more

  • Great first crayons!
I love that these are easy for my 13-month-old to grip. I do think they’re a bit pricey but she seems to enjoy them and I’m happy with them overall!

  • Arrived Melted
They work as intended and were easy for my babies to grab and hold, but they arrived partially melted. Which is probably my fault because it was the middle of summer in Florida... (although I did bring them inside immediately when they were delivered)

  • We love them, but soon found out they don’t taste good!
My 14 month old has been trying to use these-the crayons are a little big for her to grab with her hand. They haven’t broken, yet, as she does drop them from her height. Of course she still puts things in her mouth and found out these don’t taste good! 🤪
