I ordered the 12 inch queen mattress. Please be careful with unwrapping bed it has some kick waited 2 days before sleeping on the mattress and mattress raised to correct height nothing wrong with the seams and honestly it has been amazing I want to stay in the bed all day I love this bed . I’m on the plus side 5’2 270lbs and I don’t feel a springs unless I’m on my side but just slightly feel them. I’ve had the best couple nights of sleeps since this mattress wanted to wait full week of sleeping before this review.. next time I will order 14” if it’s available but if your conflicted on what mattress to buy this is a good one !!!! only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because slightly feeling the spring while on my side I wish we could do half stars I would do 4.5 ... show more

I purchased this mattress because it has some good reviews. Unfortunately I ordered a 10 inch and this mattress is close to 9 inch. See pictures - It is very light and easy to open- it does have mostly springs. The mattress slips from her bed- I did read in reviews this is a problem. Maybe if the mattress was on a box spring it won’t slip as much but in a platform bed it slips off the underneath wood . Another issue I found is the length - it is longer by 2 inches on platform bed so it does stick out specially after the new topper and blankets. If you have a footboard it will not be a problem but if the bed doesn’t have a footboard - it will stick out. See picture. I purchased for my 10 year old daughter who upgraded to full size - she thought after first night the mattress was hard and I tried it and noticed it was on the firm side about an 8. I added a topper to make it softer (after 1st night) and it helps but still feels firm. I told my daughter to try for a few days but I feel that return policy is crazy as it states full refund only if you put back in the original packaging. There is no way the mattress will go back to a box once it is open.. that is not a fair policy. At the point I will try and hope my daughter feels more comfortable as the days pass. I asked her not to move much as the mattress slips and I have to constantly put it back in place. If she keeps I need to find a material to keep in place- if not, will probably look at other mattresses with less springs. Another note- when you sit on it on the side, it goes down more than her previous twin mattress. ... show more

Mattress arrived much earlier than expected. It was well packed, and arrived clean. Inflated immediately, very comfy, nice mattress, I ordered a 10 inch, and received an 8 inch with a 1 1/2 " pillow top. Is that truly a ten inch ? Too much hassle to return. Very nice, firm, comfy mattress

A bed in a box… I thought I’d get what I paid for. Boy, I was wrong! I can’t think of one criticism for this mattress other than I wished I had bought the 14 inch! It was completely comfortable from night one! I just had hip surgery… NO PAIN after sleeping on this mattress! It doesn’t sink in when you sit on it, bounces back when laying down. I brought this mattress a few months ago and it’s still holding up. It’s no sunken in spots it’s not too hard or too soft I did add a mattress topper and protector simply because it’s a preference of mines but would def recommend too others. I have brought a queen sized one for our guest room.

I bought this because just like you I was on a budgets however, this mattress sounds cheap when you get on it (the springs make a noise) but I have been getting some of the best sleep possible and relieved my back pain so much.
