I debated on this one for a while. It was between this and the Blendtec at 4x the price. When I went to a whole food plant based diet, I knew my blender was going to be needed for tough jobs daily. I've had this for a couple of months and I'm very happy with it. It's high-powered, quiet enough, and very easy to clean on a per-use basis ... but if the lid isn't secure when you think it is, and you pulse while cleaning, it's nearly impossible to clean the 3mm between the sound case and the base. I now try to remember to keep my hand on the lid when cleaning.

I've always wanted to buy a heavy duty blender. Finally, I chose this blender from Cranddi. Recived it not bad. I had a personal blender, but I feel they are qualitatively different. Just like a mobile phone cameras compare with professional cameras. Not at the same level. The power is strong, and the noise is less. It should have been very noisy, but the manufacturer has considered this and designed a sound shield to reduce noise. About assembly: It's almost ready to use when I receive them. Just take out the base, cup and accessories and combine them together then power on. It's easy to use and I almost don't need to assemble. About use: This is vey easy to use as same as the person blender. Panel is very simple and clear. Two buttons(switch and pulse) and one speed setting. About my feelings: 1. Really professional and different from my old one. It is very strong power. Almost all ingredients are crushed in seconds. 2. There has a safety lock on top base. I thought it was broken at first. But it work after I put the cup on. 3. Container is good, not glass, easy to clean.The lid is relatively tight and has good sealing performance. 4. Oh, there also have a reset button, it saids for protect the motor. Overall, it's large capacity 80oz, strong power 2200W, and less noise. I am dying to use it at my upcoming party. It should be help.

There is a "safety" sensor that prevents you from turning the blender on without the blender container in place. Why this sensor is there, I have no idea as even if you turned the blender on full power without the blender container, there is no way it could hurt you. In any case, this sensor has broken and now the blender can't be used at all, and I am stuck with a useless hunk of plastic.

I have had used three blenders so far and this one is by far the best. Not only the blender is very powerful but also very quiet thanks to it's noise protective shield. At first I was strongly hesitant to buy from this particular brand. However, after carefully reviewing several other blenders equipped with quiet shield, I decided to go with CRANDDI. And I am very happy that I did. In my experience, what made CRANDDI stood out of all the other brands available on Amazon is their Customer Service. I have never experienced such responsive and helpful customer service before. Based on my experience, I can now guarantee anyone who is hesitant to go with CRANDI that the customer service team will be there to assist you for any issue no matter how minute or colossal it might be. WOW, I love this thing. I use it every day, I never used a blender this much in my life, the main difference here is that its designed to be cleaned easily, its one piece, not complicated well made, good materials etc. its a big thing tho if you have no space it will suck. I way underestimated the footprint and height, lucky i have some counter space without cupboards. The food actually blends unlike my lame previous blender that when you put cold stuff in like ice, it just has an air pocket and the stuff isn't actually blending so you have to stop and move stuff around with a spoon and then start over, and do this several times till you get the consistency you wanted.. no this has a pulse switch that gets things moving fast if something gets stuck. its the last blender you'll ever need. I don't really write reviews but I was compelled to write this one as I'm so well nourished every day now.
