This is a great blender! Makes very creamy smoothies and milkshakes. I am writing this review after a year of using it. I thought the blender finally gave out this week from over usage, but thankfully I was able to bring it back to life. I wanted to write this review just in case this issue happens to anyone else. The blender shuts off automatically to protect the motor from overheating. There is a reset button underneath the blender. I pressed it, nothing happened. There is also a pin in the jar pad ( I will attach a picture) the pin got stuck down, I just stuck a chopstick in the hole to pop it back out.     • Very Quiet and powerful- review after 10 months

I have had this blender for about ten months, and I think it is time for a review. I had purchased other blenders and wrote reviews, and always gave updates on my dissatisfaction, so I decided to wait. This blender is very quiet. My other blenders had to close all the doors in the house and put a designed muffle on it so that I would not wake anyone up. This blender has no issues. Pretty incredible. I also have had a few issues, but still very satisfied with the blender tna the customer support is awesome. My first issue was that a crack had developed in the container, but customer service had me a new one within a week of mentioning it to them. The second issue is that the dial is a little loose but not so terrible that I can't live with it. If you are looking for a blender, your search is over. I use it every day and sometimes multiple times a day, and it still runs just like it came out of the box. ... show more

You should stop reading this review and buy this product instead: https://a.co/d/8E5qjGw - I wish I had. The Cranddi prominently features the generic word Blender not once but twice! Yes, we know what you are. Aside from the label, it’s missing a timer feature and the pulse function will strip the gear of you use it a lot. The smoothies I’ve produced with the cranddi have been smoother compared to my old mid-level Vitamix. But it’s not perfect - 1/4 in (.6 cm cm) in diameter chunks remain after two minutes on high. It’s quiet enough - with the Vitamix, I wore hearing protection and they is thankfully no longer needed. Be sure to measure your space and compare it to the product’s dimensions - this unit is almost 21 inches (51 cm) tall and might not fit under your cabinets. ... show more

I've always wanted to buy a heavy duty blender. Finally, I chose this blender from Cranddi. Recived it not bad. I had a personal blender, but I feel they are qualitatively different. Just like a mobile phone cameras compare with professional cameras. Not at the same level. The power is strong, and the noise is less. It should have been very noisy, but the manufacturer has considered this and designed a sound shield to reduce noise. About assembly: It's almost ready to use when I receive them. Just take out the base, cup and accessories and combine them together then power on. It's easy to use and I almost don't need to assemble. About use: This is vey easy to use as same as the person blender. Panel is very simple and clear. Two buttons(switch and pulse) and one speed setting. About my feelings: 1. Really professional and different from my old one. It is very strong power. Almost all ingredients are crushed in seconds. 2. There has a safety lock on top base. I thought it was broken at first. But it work after I put the cup on. 3. Container is good, not glass, easy to clean.The lid is relatively tight and has good sealing performance. 4. Oh, there also have a reset button, it saids for protect the motor. Overall, it's large capacity 80oz, strong power 2200W, and less noise. I am dying to use it at my upcoming party. This blender is the only one I've found so far where the sound is properly muffled. However, I must warn you that this blender is very large. I cannot keep it on my counter, but I don't mind pulling it out of a drawer when I need it in exchange for some quiet morning smoothies

I debated on this one for a while. It was between this and the Blendtec at 4x the price. When I went to a whole food plant based diet, I knew my blender was going to be needed for tough jobs daily. I've had this for a couple of months and I'm very happy with it. It's high-powered, quiet enough, and very easy to clean on a per-use basis ... but if the lid isn't secure when you think it is, and you pulse while cleaning, it's nearly impossible to clean the 3mm between the sound case and the base. I now try to remember to keep my hand on the lid when cleaning. ... show more

I have had used three blenders so far and this one is by far the best. Not only the blender is very powerful but also very quiet thanks to it's noise protective shield. At first I was strongly hesitant to buy from this particular brand. However, after carefully reviewing several other blenders equipped with quiet shield, I decided to go with CRANDDI. And I am very happy that I did. In my experience, what made CRANDDI stood out of all the other brands available on Amazon is their Customer Service. I have never experienced such responsive and helpful customer service before. Based on my experience, I can now guarantee anyone who is hesitant to go with CRANDI that the customer service team will be there to assist you for any issue no matter how minute or colossal it might be. Works well but when I use it it gives off the smell of Burt plastic. Hope it does not give me cancer … probably should have gotten one that’s made out of metal.
