I use this blender every day and love it. We had another blender that was so loud and I genuinely felt like we were going to lose our hearing. We switched to this one and it's been great. Ease of use. Quiet makes for happy roommates

I used the blender for the first time today and was so disappointed. The sound is very loud! I purchased this blender thinking it would be quieter than my 10 year old Vitamix. This blender is much noisier. I recently moved to a new condo building with neighbors living above, below and next to me, I wanted a blender that would produce less sound than my Vitamix. Unfortunately, if the selling point of this blender is noise reduction, in my experience, it fails in that area. I will not be keeping it. Packing it up and sending it back seems daunting, but i will figure that out. Love the Vitamix performance and will just live with its sound.

I have had this blender for about ten months, and I think it is time for a review. I had purchased other blenders and wrote reviews, and always gave updates on my dissatisfaction, so I decided to wait. This blender is very quiet. My other blenders had to close all the doors in the house and put a designed muffle on it so that I would not wake anyone up. This blender has no issues. Pretty incredible. I also have had a few issues, but still very satisfied with the blender tna the customer support is awesome. My first issue was that a crack had developed in the container, but customer service had me a new one within a week of mentioning it to them. The second issue is that the dial is a little loose but not so terrible that I can't live with it. If you are looking for a blender, your search is over. I use it every day and sometimes multiple times a day, and it still runs just like it came out of the box.

You should stop reading this review and buy this product instead: https://a.co/d/8E5qjGw - I wish I had. The Cranddi prominently features the generic word Blender not once but twice! Yes, we know what you are. Aside from the label, it’s missing a timer feature and the pulse function will strip the gear of you use it a lot. The smoothies I’ve produced with the cranddi have been smoother compared to my old mid-level Vitamix. But it’s not perfect - 1/4 in (.6 cm cm) in diameter chunks remain after two minutes on high. It’s quiet enough - with the Vitamix, I wore hearing protection and they is thankfully no longer needed. Be sure to measure your space and compare it to the product’s dimensions - this unit is almost 21 inches (51 cm) tall and might not fit under your cabinets.
