Our picture and poster frames LARGER THAN OR EQUAL TO 12x18 inches (inside dimensions) include clear ACRYLIC facing, a rigid cardboard backing and hanging hardware. Some assembly is required to attach the hanging hardware to the frame. Visit our seller info page for assembly instructions. Hanging hardware includes: (2) 1" Nails, (1) 30 capacity Wall Hanger, (1) 4' length of Hanging Wire, (2) D-Rings, (2) 1/2" Screws. Before hanging your frame, please remember to peel off the blue protective film from the ACRYLIC facing for maximum clarity. A decent picture frame but ... inconsistent manufacturing quality across a handful of shipments leaves something to be desired. I'll admit, I didn't read the full item description and thought (for the price) I was getting solid walnut frames. My first and second shipments of 18-total frames left me feeling breathless as those looked and felt weight-wise like real walnut frames. Beautiful. The glass and backing looked immaculate - with a class 'AAA' rating. My third shipment of the same identical order (9 frames this time) ... left me feeling gravely disappointed. The front looked identical to the first two shipments. Beautiful. The behind-the-scenes backing looked like a half-way done completion. These frames contained un-treated pressboard of some type alongside the rest of the frame. That's when and where I realized these frames were pressboard with an overlay of some type of laminate that looked like real walnut frames. I can take the blame for not reading completely the item description. The incomplete backend treatment, however, is the manufacturer's fault. Those incomplete finishes make these frames look a bit shoddy. I enclosed photos outlining the differences between the first batch I received and the last. I don't know what to do, now, as I wanted to purchase more frames to help complete a project I've been working on. Nice frames but buyer beware of inconsistent manufacturing of this product. An update on November of 2017. Ordered 8 more frames (my project requires about 45 frames and I've been buying several at a time). Workmanship of laminate on back of frames appeared shoddy, with tears in such laminate and lack of adhesion of the laminate ends in 5 of the 8 frames (see photos). As I purchase more of these frames the quality seems to be going down - not quite enough to return them, but close. Quality of control seems to be inconsistent at a growing pace. So far, the fronts continue to be very nice. Am hoping the management looks into this and corrects/improves the workmanship. ... show more

I ordered 2 of these frames in the 20x30 size in gray barnwood to display some photos I shot and I could not be more pleased with them! The gray is a true neutral gray, not blueish or greenish tinged as so many grays tend to be. We wanted big frames to put onto a photo ledge we are building so we didn't want frames that were too heavy or bulky and these will fit that bill perfectly. They don't weigh a ton yet they still look quite substantial. The "wood" print I think looks amazing, you have to feel it with your hands to know there's not actually texture to the "wood", it looks quite real. And if someone is going to start rubbing your picture frames to feel if it's true wood texture, they have other problems. One of the corners of my frames was a bit off (photo attached), but not enough to diminish my happiness. I'll just tuck that corner behind some other things once the frame is on the photo ledge. Also, it came packaged very well and the acrylic facing had a film on it on each side protecting it from any scratches during packing & transport. After 3 years I finally found the prints to fill my bare wall above the TV. Searched and searched for frames that were beautiful but affordable and of course that complimented the prints. I was amazed at how well these were packaged. I did not expect glass in the frames (plexi-glass) from some of the reviews. These frames came with glass and not broken because they were so well packed. These frames were nicer than expected and l love the way they look with my prints. Note: the prints were purchased as a set through Amazon as well (LoveThePrint). Thanks for the great frames and packing them so well! ... show more

I was super excited to put my wedding picture in this frame. When I got it, it was a major disappointment. It is not a real wood frame, it is cheap plastic. The back is cheaply made, and the glass is not actually glass, it's plastic as well. The frame itself is thinner than what is in the description, and the grey is not as dark as it appears either. I gave this 2 stars because I had to deal with customer service due to the plastic glass having a big scratch across it. They were great to deal with... In summary, not worth the price, look and feels cheap. ... show more

My mom gave me a print (on cardboard) she had in the house for many years and I loved it. My mom gave me this print years ago and I never hung it due to the fact she didn't give me the frame with it. I checked with local framing stores and it was so expensive to have this print framed. I decide to hop on Amazon to see what they had and found this frame.
