I received mine on time, each one individually wrapped in bubble wrap in its own giftable box with 2 plastic stands in each box. Well packaged and not one of them was broken - perfect delivery. I own my own craft business - brandedcrafts.store and when I saw these, I knew I had to give them a try. Unfortunately, the first I had to make was for a picture of my Wife's Schnauzer that just passed away a couple weeks prior - not a happy reason but still my Wife loved the results and then demanded I make one from a picture of her 80 year old Mom & Dad from one of their Anniversary Dinners some 20 years ago - so I did and Thank God it came out PERFECT and they all loved it. The initial quality is great - just be sure to wipe the sublimation face with alcohol and dry it with lint free cloth before sublimating it. DO NOT USE an adhesive lint roller to remove any lint as the adhesive will transfer onto the sublimation face. Using a Heat Press you need to sublimate these "FACE DOWN" not face up like T-Shirts. Sublimate Temp & Time: 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 450 Seconds (7.5 minutes) worked best for me - set to light-medium pressure. I do highly recommend these

I purchased these to make some Christmas gifts. They are individually boxed with the stands inside. They were also bubble wrapped in the box. I only had 1 that had a slight chip in the white coating

I followed directions and pressed for 600 seconds at 360 degrees Fahrenheit. There is some discoloration in some areas of the slate. It looks green and splotchy. The quality of the items I received was not the same as the other reviews.
