Works pretty good, way better than running my air compressor to top off a tire!
Style: Portable, Reciprocating, Tankless, Electric
Works well! I have a lot of 20V tools and this is a great addition. Love that it's very portable and take it on trips, just in case. I love the auto shut off feature, turn it on and come back when it's done...

I've never owned a tire inflation device before, so I'm a certifiable rookie. This device worked out fine for me. It's very versatile. I bought it months ago and lost track of the instructions, if there were any. But it was easy. It doesn't weigh very much (in case you're small and not strong). It to
ok a minute or so to increase my truck tire pressure up 7 PSI to 40 PSI. One Note: in case you're new to this like I was, it seems to me that while it's running to inflate your tire, the number on the display is not the current pressure of the tire but the pressure that's being used to inflate the tire. For example. I set the device to 40 PSI. I was concerned when the display read 41 PSI, and wondered why it didn't shut off. When it reached 41.5 PSI it did shut off and when I measured the tires, they were exactly 40 psi. So the auto shutoff worked great. I'm happy with this device. It worked perfectly. I would buy it again.

Handy little air compressor or for home and car. Size of a shoe box. Short power cord.
Style: Portable, Reciprocating, Tankless, Electric
This is a very handy little air compressor for the home and car. I have found it very easy to use. It’s about the size of a shoe box. It can be powered either from an external wall socket or by the cigarette lighter / 12 volt outlet in the car dashboard. The connecting cord for the wall outlet is onl
y about 12-inches (300 mm) long so you need to have your own extension cord. The included attached cord for connecting to the car 12-volt outlet on the dashboard is several feet (meters) long. You can also power it from a separate detachable battery but you have to order the battery separately — it does not automatically come with the compressor. One advisory regarding the pressure LED indicator system: you must set the relief pressure before using the compressor or the compressor will not produce any air. That is, a setting of zero does not work. Pressure setting can be selected in psi or kg / square cm. My only minor criticism is that the air hose for use with car tires is only about 18-inches (450 mm) long.

Craftsman makes quality stuff!
Style: Portable, Reciprocating, Tankless, Electric
Absolutely one of the best items I've purchased on Amazon. Works very well with lighter extensions, but planning to buy the battery pack.

Perfect for RV Owners and Cyclists
Style: Portable, Reciprocating, Tankless, Electric
I bought this after trying out the one my son owns. It does not come with a battery, so I purchased a pair separately. I am able to top off all 6 tires on my RV and on my toad and still have plenty of battery left. It also can be used without the battery on 120 VAC or 12 VDC. In filling the tires It
hasn't overheated or gotten very warm. The automatic cutoff is very handy and the air chuck is easy to attach. Set the pressure, turn on the pump and let it go. It will overfill by about 1.5 lbs. which will compensate for any air loss when detaching the chuck. I haven't used it for inflating sports balls or air mattresses so I can't comment on those functions. It's a lot less costly than some 12 VDC pumps made specifically for RVs and the battery power makes it a lot handier.

Craftsman Ac/DC Tire Inflator
Style: Portable, Reciprocating, Tankless, Electric
Instructions could have been clearer and bolder. Like steps to use with ac and dc. For instance, I plugged it into garage outlet and did not know where to set the rocker switch (up or down to start filling tire on my truck. It fired right up but did not fill the tire just blew air until I reversed th
e switch and it filled up tire in a couple minutes and shut off at 36 lb setting. I was more than concerned that it wasn’t working for a bit. Secondly, I would have preferred a screw on tire attachment vs the clampdown connection. A better attachment mechanism would be welcomed. Aside from the above the unit looks and feels strong and heavy and seems like it will last except for that tire valve attachment which probably won’t last as long as the rest of this unit. It is compact and well thought out. Hoping for several good years of inflating joy.

Ridiculously useless manual
Style: Portable, Reciprocating, Tankless, Electric
I bought it because it took 110v house current, while other products didnt. I put it on my 70 psi RV tires, and it sat there forever at 65 psi, and did nothing. I looked VERY hard at the description on the amazon site, and it CLAIMS to go up to 135 psi. Well, it sure didnt for me! Then, I looked at t
he manual. NOTHING! It had 3 pages of lawyering up like "risk of noise; under some conditions it may contribute to hearing loss", and the most ridiculous: "A portable unit can fall from a table, workbench, or roof causing damage to the unit and could result in serious injury or death". I can understand putting warnings in a manual but that is by far the most idiotic thing EVER. Details on how many PSI? NOT A THING. I absolutely love Craftsman, have many Craftsman products, and will buy more. But this thing? The most ridiculous idiotic thing I ever saw in my life. Another thing to say positive: It probably will do a great job on bicycle tires, beach balls, and air mattresses. 70 psi dually RV tires? Nope - go somewhere else!
