  • Solid product put together in a competitive package
if you did enough research, you will know craftsman now is part of a huge brand portfolio of Stanley Black & Decker *SWK. the craftsman overdrive socket and wrenches ported several designs from Mac Tools and they are proven legit. Now to the 180t ratchet, they are solid made, heavyweight, zero wobbles, tight fit like a machine, the 180t click is positive and firm, the ratchet case body is shared with the DeWalt 144t, the dark chrome finish was from the previous generation of craftsman black chrome tools. it is dual pawls and supposedly "weaker" but not something a handy person can easily break with bare hands, the 3/8 can handle a 150 ftlb job per ANSI standard, the 2 degree angle is legit, the backlash is strong therefore recommended to break it in with use, or a driver and relube, either way, if this set is available to you at around 135, it is a good buy and handy enough for home use. the case is heavyweight and strong, the lifetime warranty is simple and legit, and it is made in TW. ... show more

  • Craftsman quality lives on with this set!
I know the quality of Craftsman tools has declined over the years but this set feels amazing in the hand with a beautiful gun metal finish.

  • Great tool set!
The overdrive series may be shortlived, but it is effective. The ratchets are where this set really shines, because of the low degree arch needed. Much easier to wok on tight spaces like, like my truck. I would recommend this set.

  • Best Tool set ever
This is the best socket and wrench set that I have gotten from Craftsman. If you are looking for Craftsman tools, spend the extra money and get the Overdrive Craftsman sets. It is well worth the investment.
