There are more brands of batteries out there now than ever before, and it's sometimes hard to decide whose to buy. I'm happy with these Durnergy 3v Lithium CR123A ones. They appear clean and well-made (with one exception noted below), and they check out from a voltage standpoint. They advertise a 10-yesr shelf life like most lithium batteries, but I'm a little disappointed they don't show an expiration date like most batteries these days. If I have these batteries for a long time, it would be reassuring to check and find they still have 5 more years of life, for instance. And the exp date also is an insight into how old they are when received. So for now I'll just date them with a marker and hope they weren't years into their shelf life when delivered to me. I was also disappointed to find one of the batteries damaged (see photo). It somehow got a dent during some phase of manufacturing or packaging. It checks out fine on my multimeter, though, so I'll still use it. I'm deducting a star for the lack of expiration labeling and the dented battery, but otherwise they should be good.

All batteries were dead on arrivaI. I have a battery tester and 5 of the batteries were so dead they couldn’t even make the needle move. Will not buy this brand again. I wish to update my review. Durnergy contacted me and offered a full refund. I think that is very nice of them. I will buy from this company again.
