This is an excellent ice-maker. We only run it one day a week, harvesting enough ice to last us 6-7 days. We are hoping only running it one day will help it last longer. It's a bit noisy, so running it once a week for a day cuts down on that.

This arrived 5 days early! I am not complaining, I'm happy about it. The ice machine in our refrigerator/freezer kept breaking down, and to get the repair company out here even a few times was costly. So we ordered a much cheaper ice maker on amazon, and the lid broke a couple of days ago, so we ordered this more expensive one, and we liked that we don't have to lift a lid to get ice and remove the ice container to pour water in...just a pain all the way around, and then like I said, the lid broke off. So this one...so far amazing! We can easily see when it's running low on water and fill the container in the back, it's pretty on our countertop, it's very quiet, and you can easily tell how much ice you have by the indicator on the front. The ice is perfect and keeps beverages cold. We love this ice maker!!

Worked great for the first month. Then became so loud that we had to stop using it. Followed the cleaning and use instructions. Still makes ice at the same speed and quality but can not be run when anyone is home.

I received the ice maker 12/13/2025. Set up was easy. I followed the directions provided. Filled up the water reservoir at 8:00pm. At 10:00pm the add water light was on. Added more water and it went back to work making ice. At 6:00am the ice full indicator was lite up. Dispensed ice and it looks like the sonic ice. I highly recommend it. I will do a follow up review after I’ve had it for a while. Christmas will be a good test run. It does make noise while the ice is making but it doesn’t bother me.

The media could not be loaded. Do not underestimate the noise levels of this machine. It makes good ice but the noise that this machine puts out can be heard throughout the house. It has to be returned. Again the ice is good. The fill tank is not ideally located especially if you have it on the counter. All of that could be overlooked if it was not for the loud noise of the machine.
