The unit seems well made albeit a bit lighter than expected. The tripod was better than expected. Note: The heating element is enclosed in a glass tube. In my case, when the heater arrived, the shipping box was in good condition but the glass tube was broken. The shipping material included foam frames for the element but it was not enough. All good with the return but disappointed in not having a unit.

This review is for the "COWSAR Electric Patio Heater Infrared Heater, Outdoor Standing Infrared Heater with Line Switch Control, Height-Adjustment, Weather & Dust Proof, High Heat Efficiency, Waterproof IP65, 1500W (75.2")" which had a price of $134.99 at the time of this review. This "COWSAR Electric Patio Heater" as so far provides an adequate amount of heat for my desired use. The heater is relatively simple to assemble and includes easy to follow instructions. Caution should be taken during the assembly process to not cut yourself or cut into or through the heater's cord as the tubes have sharp edges at each open end of their tubes. The heat is controlled by a single on/off switch that is located about 2 inches below the cage of the heaters heating elements. Caution should be taken when turning the heater off due to the on/off switch's close proximity to the heating elements. There is no way to adjust the heater's temperature settings as the on/off switch is the only control feature for this heater. My review here sounds very analytical today because while I was typing a much longer review my dog came up seeking attention and inadvertently reset the page and I had to start over and rewrite this review all over again.
