Instant LOVE 💘 I have always had trouble getting an eyeliner that looks good. Either it's too black and looks garish or it is too Brown and is unflattering. This charcoal gray is gorgeous and looks great. I didn't realize the last few pencils I used were so subpar. The last Two of them were very expensive. They didn't go on even and kind of chunked up and like I said the colors weren't flattering. The only thing I was surprised that was I search for waterproof eyeliners and when I got this it did not say it was waterproof but the package did say it is smudge proof, last all day and comes off easily with soap and water. I swim a lot and I've yet to find any eyeliner that's truly waterproof. Just the color alone I love this product. I use this eyeliner a lot, it goes on easy but does wipe off easily. My eyes water a lot so I have to re apply often. It is also getting harder to find to buy it.

Have used it for years. Really disappointed that it has been discontinued. I have not been able to find a replacement that is so easy to apply, doesn't smear and stays on all day.

This has been my go to eyeliner for years. Why? 1. It doesn't smudge. 2 cheap. 3 it last all day. I have oily skin and usually eyeliners smudge bad in my creases on the inside and outside of my eyes. I have stuck to this one because I don't have that issue. I have only found 1 other that works this well but at over $20 each is just too much. The eyeliner goes on smoothly and stays put all day! I often get questions about what I use and if I have permanent eyeliner (which I don't). It doesn't irritate my eyes and is a SOLID go-to in my makeup bag!

    • Not lasting very long without smudging...
After reading reviews on how budge-proof this is, I was excited to try. My eyes water a fair bit and I’ve never used a liner that truly stayed put all day. This sounded perfect—and cost effective! Well, this bad boy did *not* fit the bill. My corners always smudge, the watering eyes still disintegrate the liner, and by the end of a few hours it does not look remotely fresh, not even respectable. I always use eye primer and setting spray but it makes no difference—I always look like I’ve been crying in the bathroom with my girlfriends at a bar by the end of hour four or five. Would not be likely to repurchase or recommend. The search continues... ... show more

I've always stayed away from Cover Girl because I assumed it wasn't as good because of the low price, but I can't believe how good this eyeliner is! I've used multiple brands at various price points and this one is the best one I've ever tried. It does last all day and doesn't smudge.
