i bought it used and i was a little worried about how well it would run but it runs great. super easy to clean and easy to use. in my house, we all constantly use the ice and it runs almost 24/7 for months now and no issues. it makes the ice pretty fast, you’re able to fill a cup or two full to the brim with ice at LEAST every hour if not wayyy sooner because i’m pretty sure between everyone in my house we grab ice pretttty often. it’s good ice too, like not too hard. i will say it does melt fairly fast after i put it in my drinks, but not too big an issue for me. it doesn’t take up too much space on my counter and it’s easy to put away. the sound of the ice cubes dropping into the basket is audible but i don’t even notice it. after awhile it did start making a slightly louder whirring sound but again, subtle enough that i don’t notice it or care unless i’m really listening for it. for the price? um yeah you’re not gonna find a better deal.

The media could not be loaded. I just got my ice maker machine today and the instructions were very easy and very simple to follow to basically use it on clean mode on 4 cleaning cycles! I was actually really shocked to figure out that it was very quiet when it runs it's very important to me because I also wrote an animal rescue in every little sound that is not normal in our household would scare our rescues! Which I value as well! I'm currently running this on small ice cube mode and this is really great if you are an ice chewer like myself! We plan on using the large ice cubes for normal ice for drinks and cooling down our animals Waters in the summertime heat! I was very happy and how fast it started to work right out of the box! But you do need to clean it using the clean mode on the actual machine itself within the four cycles before you even use it! A lot of people complain about this product because they say it doesn't work after time but if you guys are using regular tap water which has minerals and stuff it will clog up the system! However the instructions clearly state to use purified water or filtered water for these devices to make them last longer! I hope this little mini review helps you guys make a decision to buy this product it's a really good product and it's really super quiet I was actually just shocked! My cats are normal scaredy cats and they run at the slightest inconsistencies sound sometimes! But this machine is utterly quiet It's also very simple and very easy to use! Don't be discouraged by its simplicity of this machine! Sometimes the simplest of the machines are the best ones! And I also want to add something else that's kind of funny! My cats love to watch it drop into the little basket it's like entertainment for cats! So if you run an animal rescue this is a great little entertainment for cats just don't let them sit on the back of it to block the air flow of the machine and just keep an eye out for a cat hair or any kind of hooman or other animal hair

Received unit which shipped faster than expected and have used it several times. Extremely quiet when making ice but you must dump the ice after each making or ice starts melting and clumps together in the freezer and you need an ice pick to get the cubes apart. My husband wishes that the fan was on the back instead of the side because it blows straight onto our paper towels and plates. All in all, great unit with a great price, we are very satisfied with the ice machine.

It makes ice for awhile then for days it won’t make any ice and the light comes on and says ice is full. Eventually after turning it off and on for days it will start making ice again. I would not recommend because I have only had it for about 4 months

This machine is an excitement value for the price. It makes ice at a rapid rate and keeps with the consumption of 2 disabled people no problem controls are easy instructions were clear. Fits on counter with no issue runs very quiet.

Very quiet which is important to me as well as doing what it’s designed to do. I like to two sizes of ice and after it gets going it’s pretty fast. I highly recommend this one. I live in an RV so space saving is important it doesn’t take up to much counter space

I gave this a 2 star because the handle on this is worthless. It easily comes off and on one occasion caused my machine to fall to the ground when it came off. Other than the handle it actually makes pretty decent ice cubes at a decent pace so no complaints there and it self cleans although u should use white vinegar in the cleaning process. Due to the bad handle i would not purchase this again since i need one that is very mobile. If you plan on keeping it in one spot then it would work for u.
