I received my Zunmos on May 2nd, removed it from the box, plugged it in and within minutes I had ice. We keep the unit stored away when not using it. If we start running low, we fill the ice bins, then fill one-gallon bags to store more in the chest freezer. I would recommend this for anyone with an RV. Works as advertised, little noise, and compact.

I actually bought this to use in my big truck because I’m spoiled like that. I work in Texas and having an ice cold glass of water on a hot day is fantastic. Now all of my trucker friends want an ice maker for their trucks. I set it to make ice while I’m sleeping and fill my travel cup in the morning. It lasts all day. It’s perfect. No more coolers taking up space or stopping to buy bagged ice. In a month this thing paid for itself.

I plugged this in on April 22nd in our office and today June 5th it is making some AWFUL noise and i can't get it to stop! I can not have customer in here with that loud noise. What a waste of money, it didn't even last a month and a half!!!! Very disappointed!!

The media could not be loaded. **UPDATE BELOW ** I love this ice machine. I put it off for a year buying this but finally I’d had enough of ice trays taking up so much real estate in my freezer that I did it! I couldn’t be happier. It’s quiet, the only thing I hear is the ice dropping down into the basket. It suggests letting it sit upright for 24 hours to let the refrigerant settle, then cycle through 4 cycles to make sure it’s clean to use. I’ve only tried the small size because that is the default. I just put them in the freezer. Just perfect. I will update if I have any issues but I love this thing so far!! **UPDATE** It’s even better than I imagined. If you read people’s reviews, you will read that people say it produces wet ice, or that the machine doesn’t keep the ice cool and that it melts fast. Yes, this is true but I live in the Caribbean with a mailing address in Florida. My kitchen is hot like 85° to 88° what I’ve learned from watching this machine is that it cycles cool water through the machine, the first few of course are small, I was taking the ice out and putting it immediately in the freezer, what I’ve learned, is to keep the ice in the basket, it not only keeps it cool but the size of the ice and the quality is much better. I added a video to show after leaving it running how much ice in a little amount of time it produces.

Saved me until my refrigerator ice maker was fixed. Doesn’t keep them frozen after they are made so I transferred the ice to my ice maker tub. Had to stir them to keep from having a huge chunk of ice. For the price it was worth it.
