Very friendly and accommodating. Chairs are good quality and were wrapped up really well for the shipping process. They were pretty easy to assemble with good pictures and instructions. I am not a person who enjoys putting things together, but I was able to do it with no issues. They are comfortable to sit on and look nice. They are the perfect addition to our home.
