it looks beautiful when out together.We needed about 4 to 5 hours to put it together,2 people worked on it ,but mostly one,also we didnt use tool in the box,we bought add on for drill for 10 bucks and it went lots faster,if we used the tool ,would need 2 days.4 stars because wood did crack on 2 places while drilling in,it was on non important places so is fine. ... show more

I was constantly struggling with the predrilled holes either not being drilled all the way through, or being misaligned. Parts were labeled incorrectly, warped, and the instructions were terrible and difficult to read. The pieces for the ladder were super warped and I had to force it to line up with the bed rails to be able to get the screws in securely. After having to redrill the dowel holes and struggle to get things lined up as they should be, I finally finished assembling the bunkbed 4.5 hours later. Overall, this is a very nice bunk bed. My kids love it and it feels solid, but I won’t ever purchase big furniture like this from Amazon again. ... show more

7 days delivered to Hawaii. Beautiful bed but very hard to put together. Needs two peoples and probably took us 4-6 hours. And definitely need a power tool to screw things together. Happy to see the results after all.

Item received damaged and extremely unsafe for children. With so much clutter that came in the box, it would have been more of a hassle to try to ship it back somehow(live in the middle of nowhere), than to just partially dismantle and leave it on the curb for trash pickup.
