My little heater arrived with a nasty dent in the back. I went online to Amazon to return it and found no returns. WHAT? So they can just send you a dented up heater and you can't do anything? So I sent the seller a request to return via Amazon and waited. Nothing. MY FAULT, I wasn't looking where the email would be! Turns out they got RIGHT back to me, and worked out a solution that was good for both of us, and fast. Very warm and helpful. Totally happy with the exchange although the heater (bought it for my RV) has a slight rattle. I don't think it's related to the dent, so I have to ding the heater itself one star for the little intermittent rattle. But it kicks out serious heat, has a pleasing little "faux fire" and cycles on and off as it reaches temperature (that was what I really wanted) Add in the remote so I can control it from bed, and I've got nothing bad to say about this heater. And the seller is 5 stars all the way.

Heat output is not as good as my lil' ceramic heater. Flames are nice but the buttons are ridiculously bright and detract from the ambiance...plus whenever you shut it off and turn it back on, it always starts at 72 degrees and you have to readjust to the temp u desire...i wish that I can turn it off and on again and it stay at the temp I last set.

I bought this cute little heater for my home office, which is chilly all the time. It heats the room well (bonus points for infrared heat!) and the fireplace visual is super cute. One tiny drawback that I didn't think was worth docking a star for is the noise level. I don't find it disruptive, but it is a bit louder when the heater is running than I expected. I only think it's worth mentioning because I was on a zoom meeting with my boss and he asked "what's that sound?" so it's loud enough to get picked up by my laptop mic but he didn't need me to turn it off to continue with our chat.

A very creative, innovative, and convenient product. I decided to return because it lacked accidental tip-over shut-off ability because I have little kids. Some other competitors have this safety but lack the remote convenience. It’s really a work of art to me.
