Purchased this a handful of months ago. I live in an older home with no built-in dishwasher and have been doing all the dishes by hand for over 10 years. There's no convenient place to put in a dishwasher but I absolutely loathe doing the dishes by hand--especially silverware. After doing research over a few days I settled on this model. Basically, my only complaint is that a regular size dinner plate (10") will not fit in this model. Well, technically, it CAN, but only 1 or two at an extreme angle that would prevent you from washing anything else in that load. What does fit, however, comes out as clean as it would in a full-size dishwasher. It's easy to assemble, easy to operate, and does a good job of cleaning even dried-on left-overnight dishes. The water tank is easily filled, though it does add 3" of height--keep this in mind if you intend to position your unit under cabinets, as using the tank rather than a faucet hookup makes the unit too tall to fit under my upper cabinets. I still do pots, pans, and dinner plates (or larger items) by hand, but everything else fits and this product works well. I bought a handful of 9" frying pans for cooking which do fit in this unit and now I'm back to just doing pots & plates by hand. All in all, pleased with doing fewer dishes by hand and how well it works.

The media could not be loaded. It is super useful for small places or in a RV. We are using it in our salon shop because we have a large counter top but do not want to go full dishwasher because of the cost of installation and running the pipes. Too much work! Instead, we bought this and it is a fantastic machine. We normally just fill the water as we go and to drain it, we kept the hose pointing in the sink and that was it. Simple, easy and no mess. It is not too loud but at a reasonable level. It fits on our counter top and takes minutes to put together. Great product and highly recommended!

This costway dishwasher is pretty good except for one thing. The space is not very large at all. You can fit maybe a few plates, a bowl or two, perhaps two cups and some silverware. Which is fair, it’s not a large dishwasher, but it’s almost easier and definitely faster to just hand wash. But, you won’t get the sanitization that you would through this dishwasher. This is great if you have a baby or a toddler and need something to clean and sanitize bottles or small toys.

My one and only complaint about this dishwasher is that the gaps in the basket are so large that my plates will slip through far enough to obstruct the bottom spinner if I'm not careful about how I put them in. Otherwise this has been an absolute lifesaver of an appliance. And I am not exaggerating. I HATE doing dishes with an unholy passion, and they would pile up before I got this thing. Now, with this thing, it's so much easier to keep up on them that "life changing" is not an exaggeration.

After using this dishwasher for a couple of weeks on every setting, I think I’m comfortable giving a review. I’m really impressed with how great this thing is. It’s very easy to use and the manual is easy to navigate through. It holds a decent amount of dishes and they almost always get very clean. There was only one time that there was still something left on a dish and I’m pretty sure it was because of how I loaded it. I absolutely love the tank feature. The ability to fill a tank instead of having to have it attached to a faucet is some much more practical for my family. Plus it gives us the opportunity to potentially take it with us on a long vacation or something in the future. It uses much less water than washing dishes by hand and it’s just more convenient. I was hesitant to get another dishwasher after having bad luck with them in the past but this one has been a great addition to our home.

Great little machine! I feel that it is a bit bulky for the capacity, but this washer has cleaned every single dish I’ve tried! I even washed a baked spaghetti casserole dish and it was clean when the cycle finished! Definitely a good buy if you have back problems like me, or hate doing dishes like my daughter! Plus it sterilizes the babies cups!! I’m not certain of how much detergent to use so I always just add a squirt of dishwasher liquid and let it go to work.

The perfect countertop dishwasher for small kitchens! I got this mostly for baby items and all of the little pieces they come with, and it is a total game changer! Works just as good as a full size dishwasher. We just run it a few times per day as needed and it works perfect. Cycles don’t take very long and they dry super hot/thoroughly! We use the water tank and just have it by our faucet that is a pull out spray type, and we fill it directly with that instead of dealing with the pitcher for filling the tank. Love that it has this feature instead of having to hook up to water. Amazing little powerhouse of a dishwasher! :)
