Great product, service and hassle free guarantee
Please read the full review. As I found in many reviews, just as with any product, there can be a defective product from time to time as no manufacturing is perfect. The initial item expanded to approximately 3 inches with the very tip of the head and tip of the foot expanding to approximately 8 inches, and I even gave it more than the maximum of 72 hours as recommended. However, upon calling Amazon to explain, the replacement was delivered in 3 days, and it worked perfectly. The replacement mattress evenly expanded to approximately 10" within the first hour and expanded to the full 12 inches within 3 hours. Mattress is as advertised, extremely comfortable, firm (as I ordered it firm) and what I view as a bargain price for such a great mattress with ease of setup for the 70 or so pounds.

InCredible purchase!!!
I bought this mattress this time last year, I was trepidicious when I saw the reviews but I decided what the hell, so I bought it it showed up a day later by far the best purchase of last year. It inflated with a 6 hours to its full shape and it's the most sturdy and comfortable mattress I've ever laid on. Couldn't defend this enough

Perfect firm mattress
Perfect firm mattress for stomach sleepers! I did put a boxspring under mine and it was perfect. Probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever owned. Highly recommend!

Comfortable but firm
Had to upgrade child’s bed. Supports weight well. Stays true to form

Disappointed
Honestly very disappointed. It said up to 72 hours to fully expand, I have had it over a month now and the center is still solid. When I got it there was a super hard piece that felt like a piece of wood that refused to budge, but after some heat from my blow dryer and physically pulling at it, I ended up getting that part fixed. The center of the bed, from about a foot and a half in on either end and four to five inches on the sides never fully expanded and it's like lying in a hammock, and messes with your back if you lay there too long, so I haven't been able to sleep on it at all.

No more sinking feeling.
Mattress is firm, but still allows you to rest well. There is no sagging and yet feels comfortable enough.
