I was searching all over amazon for a good quality affordable wig, and this is that. SUCH A GOOD PRICE and GREAT quality. It looks pretty real, it's a LITTLE shiny but it doesn't make a difference to me because my natural hair is already dark and silky. It has great volume, it's feathery and spikey so it's pretty good for an anime cosplay. I was very iffy about buying a wig because I have never worn them and I never really wanted to because I was afraid of it looking super fake and derpy. But I'm actually pretty happy with this. I intend to cut mine for a Monkey D. Luffy cosplay, cause this is a bit long and shaggy. Very suitable for a L (Deathnote) cosplay, or Hiro (Big hero 6) I personally wanted mine to look a little thinner so it would be a little more natural, but this one is pretty poofy, but I'm sure can be fixed with styling. I mean altogether this is a great base wig for any dark, short haired cosplay. Just cut it and style it if you need to. But I'd have to say, it sits pretty well without any styling (depending on the cosplay of course.) ... show more

I got a brown wig for a Gregory cosplay, the styling was hard. Now here’s for the cosplayers: Wig styling is hard for this, it’s not really easy to bend the bangs and style unless you know how to “properly maintain them,” because they are very thick. Not saying I don’t recommend, because I do. I would actually buy this wig again in a different color, i like it a lot. The wig cap doesn’t show and it just takes a few seconds to get the wig to actually fit. At first it didn’t fit my I found a lip at the bottom for it. It’s great for a gojo, any boy or girl cosplay, really. And the back of it kinda shorter then expected but not AS SHORT as the people in these reviews are saying, it’s not even that shocking. I really like this wig though, it arrived in good condition . It did kinda make my head look like a mushroom because of the top, but that doesn’t really show. It looks better on camera then in a mirror, but you should buy this if your looking for a bit not so expensive wig. It definitely reached my expectations!! Even though the bangs are the hardest feature, and mostly the most important for cosplay, I would buy this !! :) ... show more

The photos are right out of the package with no styling or combing. - The color is vibrant! The hairs have a good weight to them which makes them feel natural. They are not stiff or rough. The hair is also thick. A great buy for 18$. It is also somewhat backlight responsive, which I see as a bonus. It wont light up from a distance from the light, but the fibers do catch a bit of glow when you are near it. - I bought because I wanted to see which of 4 wigs would work with my costume. I may not keep it, but that is more because of the other color options I wanted to see. It is certainly a good buy for the price. ... show more

this wig is peak it’s really good for the price and the color is good!! it’s not thin at all and i didn’t have any like spots where you could see my hair from under the wig. it was a little short at the back for my preference but the layers were done really good and i didn’t even have to cut it, only the bangs and face framing pieces - it’s perfect for beginners that are scared to cut wigs!
