This fancy bluetooth electric kettle is well worth it! I purchased one for myself and one as a gift. I drink a lot of tea, especially in the fall and winter, so this will definitely come in handy. I like that I can schedule my water to boil several hours ahead, such as in the morning. Safety function works great, too. What an awesome little kettle! It has a reasonably small footprint. It heats super rapidly. It's very sturdy. The handle is very comfortable to use. The spout is just the right shape and the stream just the right volume to get some great agitation on loose tea leaves. The ability to turn it on remotely is also quite nice! If I knew someone that needed a kettle, I would definitely buy this for them as a gift! ... show more

I purchased this to make better coffee pour-overs at home. It's just a really nice appliance and I use it multiple times a day for both coffee and tea. The handle feels great, the buttons are straightforward and easy, I hope it will last for years. It's a nice visual addition to my kitchen, fairly elegant.     • Practical and convenient
I never thought that one day I was going to be overly excited over a kettle but here I am! Bragging like a little girl with a new doll!!! This kettle is perfect! It looks great, it’s super easy to use and to set up, the Bluetooth function is very convenient when I don’t want to get up only to turn it on (just have to make sure to keep it refilled with filtered water). I honestly had not idea there was a Bluetooth option so when I saw there was only $5.00 difference between the regular and the one with Bluetooth well, I had to give it a try even though I had to wait a couple weeks because it was sold out. It is very user friendly, you just need to download the app on your phone and pair it. I love to be able to setup my own brew temp for herbal tea. The Only thing is that when I’m upstairs I’m out of range so I can’t turn it on or if it’s on it will turn off. Overall it is a great kettle!! UPDATE: I have been using it every single day for almost a year now. I love it, never had an issue! BTW. I mentioned that when out of range I couldn’t turn it or or if it was on it will turn off well, that only happens when using the app. I usually turn it on manually in the mornings and leave it on hold for 20 mins while I go take a shower. When I come back, my water is ready to prepare a fresh cup of French pressed coffee. I would buy it again! ... show more

    • Wonderful kettle, just not for me.
I want to start with I love this kettle so much! It's super cute, it heats up pretty quickly, it pours really nicely, the app is easy to use, and you can watch the temperature rise in real time. I never had to dry the inside; as long as I emptied the water and kept the lid off, the temperature of the kettle evaporated the water completely after a while. The only reason I rated 4 out of 5 is because the silver ring on the handle close to the kettle gets kinda hot. I mean, yeah it's a kettle, its supposed to get hot, but the way the handle's designed means your thumb is right next to where it gets hot and if you're even a little careless, or have a weak grip, you'll get a toasty surprise. I don't think it's a risk of being seriously burned, I've just got sensory problems and am sensitive to hot things. So I would still recommend buying it. All that said, I am returning it, but only because .8L isn't quite large enough for me; I want something that's more than a couple cups at a time. I should mention that customer service was awesome; I jumped the gun and registered my product as soon as I opened it, and had to send them an email to undo it. They were reasonably quick to respond (the next day or the day after) and ya know how sometimes you contact customer service and it feels like they didn't actually read your message and they're regurgitating a script rather than responding to the issue you have? This wasn't like that. They offered to delete the data on their end and even asked if I wanted them to unsubscribe me from their email list. Way cool. ... show more
