Just received this couch two days ago and being a female who has relied always on a man to fix anything I was super proud to fix this on my own and within 2 hours with cleanup !! I just moved to NY and this totally is perfect for small apartments . Now to the color and feel , buy this already , I’ve always wanted a velvet couch and it looks super cute in the house and I love the firmness! The delivery arrived a week earlier than predicted and came in two huge boxes and luckily with no damages and I was to push it into my apartment. The instructions were easy to follow and it gives you two options on how you want to set up the sectional as it’s reversible ! The best part is I’m always looking for a deal - I first saw this couch on Wayfair and was about to purchase it based on the good reviews but it was out of stock in this color and was an additional $150 more so do your research ! Called amazon and got a partial refund to allow for repairs, however, I accepted that because I really didn't want the hassle of a second assembly and having to figure out how to return such a large item. The hooks do not align and the color is a pretty glaring mismatch. I really wouldn't recommend this item if you are looking to furnish something that you want to look good. Poor manufacturing quality control as well. So there is someone out there with a mismatch just like mine. ... show more

    • You can choose which side the lounger is on!

This sofa only took about 20 mins to assemble. I thought pieces were missing at first but realized the hidden spots under the big piece and in the lounger that held the other pieces. Under the main sofa part there is a Velcro cover that you peel back to reveal the other piece there. Then the lounger is obviously its own lifted storage which held the other pieces. One thing I can say I didn't like is that the springs on the lounger storage top kept falling off when you lifted it all the way. Not sure how to fix that. Maybe a slightly smaller spring instead? But other than that it is beautiful and surprisingly comfy. Well my type of comfy is firm. I hate sinking into couches. It's not like a rock or anything just stiff enough to hold itself together nicely and comfy enough to lay and sleep on. ... show more

Very easy to assemble and is great for our little space we have. Wish we could find another long piece for the other side. Other then that it’s pretty nice. Plus we ordered it and it came in within a week when it said it wouldn’t be here for another week.

    • Cute but quite small and short; arrived broken
It's cute but it arrived after two months of delays with a snapped frame; unfixable. Additionally it's much shorter than it appears in photos - comes up to maybe three feet. If you have a small room to decorate this might be a good piece.

    • Don't expect any help from the manufacturer

This couch arrived, many, many weeks after ordering, completely busted on one side. In addition, it was missing over half of the legs. After a long while fighting with the manufacturer's customer service department, and a lovely Amazon rep also fighting with them on my behalf - I realized that the manufacturer does not stock any large parts of this couch. They literally didn't even have a piece they could send, even if they wanted to. They did send me some legs. Thankfully, we got a full refund, and my husband set to work for a week rebuilding the entire broken half. As far as comfort - no, I would not say it is "comfortable". It is "manageable" to sit on. It's very firm. The outer fabric is nice, but it does tear easily (we already have two holes). I cannot comment on the comfort for sleeping, as we haven't used it that way yet. It does look nice in our space - but that's my only real compliment. ... show more
