I don't know why I waited so long to buy this! I bought the Cosmo 30" slim fit (for ductless install) and it fit perfectly. I like the modern slimline look, the two lights in the front are nice and bright and there are 3 fan speeds. Install was easy enough. It did take two people and I would recommend an extension on your drill. It's lightweight, I was able to hold it in place while my husband screwed it in. The hardest part was removing the blue packing film. The filters for the 30" Slim (CFK3-TM) are not included but in the box is a link to a form for a free filter kit in exchange for a review or you can purchase one on their website. From what I've read, the other filters do not fit so don't order the one off Amazon that is not the right one. So far I am thrilled with my purchase. It's beautiful, functional and affordable. This hood vent is just like a $400 Whirlpool hood vent I passed on from Lowe’s for a lot less $$$. Easy to install and quiet when operating. The light is bright as well. And it’s very nice looking. Would recommend.

Replaced a loud, ugly range hood with this Cosmo and couldn’t be more pleased. Looks stunning. Installed in 20 minutes. Much quieter than the old one and does the job needed. Light that comes with it is an issue. Too small and not enough light. Finding a replacement led light when it burned out was also going to be a problem. 2-10” battery operated stick on led lights ( Amazon) fixed that problem. ... show more

It's a great hood easy to clean for the right price. Nothing fancy but perfect for what what I need. The design is nice and simple. Its quiet on a low setting full power is not so quiet but at least you know its working when you cooking away.
