I used own another dolly before this. Now im glad i got this one. This one is pretty sturdy. It does get a little wobbly when you are changing the mode(?) But once it gets to its stand, its solid! And this dolly is almost all aluminum except the bottom black part where you put the stuff on, so its very light too, easy to carry around. And since the dolly itself is pretty light, i find it easy to stroll around unless you are putting massive stuffs on it. Lastly I find it very easy to install everything, it gives me good instructions for me to follow and i didnt have any trouble following them ... show more

It really should not take ninety minutes to assemble a hand cart. its only putting a dozen bolts & screws but tolerances are minimal. When you find small parts missing search the folds of the packing carton, small parts in an unsealed plastic bag is not very bright.

First of all, the instructions were worse than ikea instructions. The text was so small, I needed a magnifying glass to read it. Secondly, the holes weren’t lined up properly and I had to use a hammer to bang the screws into the holes when assembling the bottom plate. Third, same issue with trying to screw the handle on. Lastly, attaching the small wheels was a nightmare! Now that it’s assembled, it works the way it should, but still it shouldn’t have been so difficult to assemble ... show more
