Absolutely love this headset. Was conflicted at first because I've bought the original versions of these for years and debated on upgrading and honestly was one of my best decisions when it came to headsets. The battery life is great lasting me several days on end without needing to charge it. Sound quality is nice just slightly quiet but it might just be my own hearing and the mic quality is not the best but there has to be some things sacrificed when it comes to getting a wireless headset. Headset is nice and feels very comfortable and can be worn for several hours at a time. Had one slight hiccup with the actual headset but after a quick google search was enough for me to solve said issue ... show more

These work well. My entire computer is Corsair just a preference at the time I have used other brands. I was looking to go wireless for headset I found this and it had good reviews so I figured I would try it. The set sounds great for anything I'm wanting to listen to. My only complaint is something that can probably be fixed in Icue that is that the power off inactive timer is shorter than I would like. If I'm playing my game and tab out to a silent web page it can time out before I'm back in game. A very nice set it can get uncomfortable after wearing it for 12 hours but not unexpected. ... show more

    • Good Bluetooth, TERRIBLE RF EXPIERENCE.

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PULL YOUR HAIR OUT. The Good: Sound quality is fine, battery life is SUPERB. I love how I can use it for EXTREMELY long run times without worrying about the battery dying. I can also use it a whole day, forget to charge, and keep using it. Last good thing about is the fact it has the mesh headset, which means it won't be trapping heat against your head, and you can still sorta hear your surroundings. Next; THE BAD. WHY HAVE 2 MODES IF ONE NEVER WORKS? YOU ARE FORCED TO ONLY USE BLUETOOTH. It doesn't matter how many times I've "repaired" the headset to the stupid dongle, it refuses to send any sound. AND BEFORE YOU DEVS STATE IT; THE HEADSET IS SET TO RF. What does that mean? Well, they've replaced the buttons from V1 to V2 by having the top button be power, and the bottom button be Bluetooth/RF, shown by the blinking light. Blinking blue = Bluetooth Mode, and Blinking Red + Blue = RF Mode. HOWEVER RF MODE JUST. DOESN'T. WORK. It acts like it's connected via windows, AND the app, but the dongle remains blinding red, when it's actually paired PROPERLY it'll stay white. (Even though the Corsair app always says "Congrats, You've successfully connected your headset! It lies.) I've had it successfully work via RF mode a few times, and the quality is WAY BETTER. Which is infuriating bc this is why I bought it in the first place. Bluetooth isn't as good when you have multiple devices that may be connecting through it. So if you play games while on BT, you'll notice the quality changes. If you use both the headset + microphone in say Discord, Skype, Teamspeak, well, guess what, THE QUALITY DIPS AGAIN. It's terrible, it's infuriating, and to top it off while you try to pair it in RF mode, if it takes longer than say 5 minutes, ITLL SWITCH BACK TO BLUETOOTH, EVEN IF YOU HAVE IT DISABLED ON YOUR PC. TLDR. My advice, if you don't care about RF, get it. If you're fine with just Bluetooth this will work great for you, it's comfy, battery last longs, sound quality is okay/good. (Even though RF gives better sound quality.) If you want the better sound quality, and RF mode to have better connectivity, look for a different headset. ... show more

I've had the original version of this headset for about 5 or so years when it finally stopped working (I broke the dongle, so it was user error). This new headset is definitely worth the upgrade! It's a lot comfier than the previous model and just fits better overall. It now also charges using a type c cord instead of micro usb. The dongle also shows up in the software which should make it easier to pair and unpair now. As for the lighting effects, they're now on the front side of the headset instead of where the logos are on the sides. IF YOUR HEADSET PLAYS NO SOUND even though it's connected to the dongle, make sure it's not on bluetooth mode! Just press the power button once and it should switch over. ... show more

Pretty good so far, a few issues with the connection switching from the RF to bluetooth and I hate that I cant seem to bind the function button to be a push to mute to try and not wear out the mic arm as fast. They fit my big head though and are very comfortable though. The mic is also amazing it seems, I have heard "You got a new one? Sounds great!" over a dozen times ... show more
