Works great and is helping me increase fitness and sleep

I decided on a refurbished Apple Watch series 9 in order to get the oxygen sensor as well as to save some money. I watched some YouTube how-to videos before it arrived, and this paid off well. It arrived in the original box, but the strap had been attached-so I knew from the videos I watched that som
eone had at least tried it on. I was actually glad the strap was attached as that was one less thing for me to do. The charging cord was in its original sealed bag, so it was brand new. The watch took about an hour to charge to the point that I could set it up. The set up was easy and fast. Having watched a few how-to videos before it arrived, made the set up effortless for me, and I am no techie. From the videos I had seen I knew to check to see if the software needed updating (it did) and if the battery had the ability to charge to 100% since it was a refurbished watch. I was relieved to see that the battery could be charged to 100%. If that had not been the case, I planned to send it back during the no shipping cost to return time. Well, I love the watch. Learning to use its basic features took little time. It’s a sophisticated watch and, with a plethora of available apps, it can help in many ways. So I keep learning more about using its many features. I bought a HeartWatch and an AutoSleep app which perfectly meet my needs. Each were under $10 for lifetime use – no subscription fees, no advertisements and they work amazingly well. Some of the other apps look questionable from their reviews. Subscription fees add up quickly, so I am avoiding all that completely without missing out on anything I want, so far. This watch has me exercising much more than I thought I was able to, feeling better and sometimes sleeping better. I wish I had bought one sooner. Update several weeks in: The pretty pink watch band is light and gets dirty very quickly. It is comfortable and easy to take on and off. I’m going to get a band in another color. The watch continues to work great and keeps helping me improve my fitness and sleep.

out two weeks and i haven't noticed any problems. if I didn't know this was refurbished, i would think it was brand new. I had initially bought this same product directly from amazon for a slightly cheaper price, but the watch i received was highly scratched and scuffed. i returned that one, bought the same product from Russ Enterprises, and was much more satisfied with the quality of their product. I know that i'm relatively lucky and not all refurbished watches will come as pristine as the one I received, but especially after comparing the products from the two sellers, I would definitely recommend buying specifically from Russ Enterprises.

It would be 5 but for some reason this watch is extremely temperamental with charging. Maybe every few weeks it won't charge i have to take a lense wipe to the back and clean the "sweat" off? When this watch arrived, that was not exactly sure what to expect. I have always been leery of refurbished products. I will have to say, this watch is in perfect condition. It is impossible to tell it from new. Even the battery was 100%. Needless to say, I am very well pleased!

The media could not be loaded. Basically new. I feel like just took it out of the box and putted it into my order. There is not a single scratch or a sign of any usage. Battery health at 100%. Came with a genuine band and a fake stainless steel charger that barely holds in place (weak magnet).

Quick shipping but charger and packaging sucks

The watch itself is great so far. BUT the packing was awful. There was nothing inside the Amazon box to help cushion the box the watch came it. It was just beating around when I picked it up. When I opened the box with the watch, the watch face just fell out. It wasn’t secured inside the packaging. T
here was no protection or protective film in the watch face at all. The watch band is decent. The watch was completely dead and when I placed it on the charger that was included it would never charge and just made the watch hot. After looking at some of the reviews, I stopped on way home from work and purchased an apple charger and it worked. So far the watch has worked perfectly and I guess I expected better for a renewed one due to buying my iPad that way and it came in perfect packaging just like it was purchased new. If the packaging and better charger was included I would highly recommend. Especially with the cost still being over $300 you’d think the item would be properly packaged and a better charger.
