Corsair RAM has consistently been absolute trash. Every time I buy a kit of their RAM, it has stability issues. Identically timed and sized gskill? No issues at all. This stuff? Don't waste your time or money. On a Z790 board with a 13th gen i9, these sticks can't hit their advertised values. They can't even hit 300mhz below those values. XMP turned on crashes most games within minutes. I even tried lowering the clock values to get stable at 5600mhz, and it just slowed everything down by 40+ frames per second. Just get something better quality where silicon lottery doesn't affect it as much, and avoid Corsair like the plague. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Product arrived early and was simple and easy to install, pretty much just plug in a play. These sticks tested and ran perfectly. Lots of ram at a reasonable, stable speed at a good price. RGB lights look great if you are into that like I am.

This product is GREAT! It works outstanding and looks great in my build. I got mine for 220 dollars in January of 2025 and am very happy with it. The 3 stars is to protest the unnecessary price hike due to the absurd spike in data centers. I actually wish I could morally rate this at 1 star because of this price hike, but I can’t. As of December 2025… it’s priced at 880… a price that makes NO SENSE considering what it is. ... show more

While Corsair is a good company the memory here is sub standard. I order two of these kits to work together on a high end AMD based system, but the RAM has repeated issues training and booting. It will run for a while, then stop booting after a few weeks. It then requires a full removal and reseat before it will work again. Sometimes more than once. The RAM doesn't work well on my configuration, which could be an incompatibility with a high end AMD CPU. Be sure to read carefully when ordering and compare with your specs. ... show more

Bought the 96 (2x48GB) version. Worked exactly as expected. Before, I was getting slight RAM throttle from current games (from the *used* VRAM, not just *allocated*), plus with doing some casual AI hobby work on the side, 96GB is a great capacity. Speeds as expected. I even had an AMD CPU, and despite this listing being Intel XMP, speeds are exactly what you'd expect enabling EXPO. Don't really care about the RGB but it's solid.     • Cannot get anything over the base clock

Brand new ASUS TUF Gaming motherboard with a brand new Intel CPU. The motherboard has the AI overclocking that will step through all the combinations to get the most out of the RAM. This is advertised as 6000MHz on the box. Corsair says that it can be run at 6000MHz and provides the voltage profiles. When the memory is put in and run at the default it is running at 4000MHz. I tried the recommended settings for getting 6000MHz out of the memory but the machine froze on boot. So I set the motherboard to do the AI thing to test all possible combinations and let it run. It took about 12 hours before the computer came back to life and the result... 4000MHz was the only stable frequency it would run. I did do research on forums and followed other people's ideas and settings but no setting other than the default would result in a stable system. It is still fast and I really don't know that I do anything that would result in me noticing the difference. It is just annoying that the package description and title is saying 6000MHz when my motherboard combination with this memory cannot achieve it. But on the positive... the memory is pretty... the ARGB lighting can be made to work with the iCUE software after a bit of driver configuration, and the memory can be set to do interesting patterns even when the system is sleeping. ... show more
